Huge THANK YOU to Apple Valley Plumbing!! We had an emergency today at our home where our septic was leaking out of the cap. Apple Valley Plumbing said they could come out same day, they were actually there within a couple hours!! Other plumbers, some we have used before even, said they could come out ""sometime next week"".... Um, that doesn't work when you are talking about sewage filling your yard!!! It was an easy fix, but I'm still so thankful Apple Valley knew the importance and came out same day!! 5 stars all around!! Thank again!!

I've been using Apple Valley for the past two years since owning this home and couldn't be happier with the service. I had posted earlier that the truck that pumped our septic tank left a small dinner plate size of oil in our driveway.
After notifying them they sent me a written apology along with a gift card to Lowe's to help with the clean up.
How very kind of them. This is how a business stays successful! Pleasing their customers.

Prompt service, they pumped the tank as asked. And knocked over my wrought-iron fence. (easily enough put back into place, but still unprofessional).

Would have been nice if they asked about the drain field filters. As a first time homeowner I didn't know they even existed so when I called to have my tank pumped I suppose I expected it to be ""serviced"".

Instead I got to call and have my tank pumped again a few months later to have the filter sprayed off by a garden hose as the guy chuckled and said ""yeah I figured that was your problem"".

Glad I get to pay an extra off hours fee as well as pay to have my tank pumped unnecessarily months after I already had it pumped.

Edit:

I called AVPS to ask about the filters as well and was informed that they only check/clean them if specifically asked.

Avoid if you can. They are horribly, horribly unorganized. Despite emails and phone conversations they still messes up my order. And then they tried to bill me for it. They also did not record the check I sent them and tried to bill me again for what I had already paid for.

Have used Apple Valley on multiple occasions to supply Sanicans for our events, and they have been fantastic to work with! Always on time for both delivery and pick up, and equipment is maintained beautifully (clean and well stocked). Angelo (delivery driver) is awesome...so helpful and considerate of creating minimal footprint on our property. Highly recommended!
