Terrible service! In November, we had a kitchen disposal that was leaking. They came out to look at it and said they'd be back in an hour. We never heard back from them, called the office, and she said """"Oh, they were supposed to call you and let you know we don't have it in stock and will have to order it. We'll let you know when it comes in."""" They called several days later and tried to upcharge us to a 1 HP when what we had was a 1/2 HP. I told them no. So they installed the 1/2 HP. Fast forward 5 1/2 months and it's leaking again. Called the office thinking it was under warranty and they said they only warranty the part not the labor. Which meant a service call fee and more labor fees!! We called someone else who came in and when he looked at it, said only 1 of 3 screws were placed, it wasn't mounted secure, the one screw that was there wasn't even tight, they used the wrong putty and didn't tighten the joint to the water drain!!! Water everywhere!!! Will never use Apple again. Total disaster!!!

For a Commercial site (coffee/light food) on 4/20/23 we needed a grease trap pumped when a construction crew was doing a lot of work there in Columbia. Apple quoted prior over the phone the price and a time was arranged for the driver to be there on this day. Apple delivered on everything they said including the $$$ for the final bill. On top of it the driver was courteous and had a great attitude for doing the kind of work he does. Great job Apple. I would call you again for any related needs in that area!!

Sadly on Christmas Eve our toilets backed up into our showers. I made a post asking for suggestions once the problem never corrected itself on Tuesday and Krista responded that she could get me someone out that afternoon. Craig and a helper showed up and they were both very nice. However they could not find a clean out and said that they would have to find another way to solve my issue. Quoted me $590 to use a 75ft snake. When they started, their equipment broke so I had to wait while they went to Home Depot to purchase another. They came back and tried to snake my shower pipes. After less than 15 mins, told me that they couldn't fix the issue and would quote me to come back to install a clean out. I was still charged $590. And then they quoted over $800 to come back to install a clean out. Needless to say I was upset but paid. I know I shouldn't have but I was upset and didn't know what else to do. I contacted another plumber that came out that night after 8pm (fit me in their schedule) and fixed the issue and will be coming back to install a clean out. All for $200. I don't recommend Apple Services Plumbing for the fact that they should have given me a break and not charged $590 for nothing. And the helper stayed on his phone the entire time they were at my house. Also a friend of mine called and spoke to Krista that same day after I told her what I was quoted and she said that if the problem couldn't be fixed that they would only charge around $300. So I definitely feel like I was ripped off.

I was given a quote of $49 service charge and was to get a quote prior to work. The worker started working on installing a new kitchen faucet that I provided, I was not given the cost to install until I asked how much the quote was. $207.00 for 15 minutes of work plus the $49 = $256.00! Company person refused consideration of outrageous Labor Charge. I will never use this company again and will spread the word that they Ripped me off. Not telling me upfront what the charges were. I was very pleased with my experience with them. Jennifer who works in the office was great. Very customer service oriented. Also, very pleased with the tech who was sent to repair the problem. He was very professional and respectful. He got to my home at the time I was given. I would definitely call them again.

I have used this company twice in one month. Both times they were late by 2 to over 3 hours. They pumped my septic tanks, first one at a rental and next at my personal home. They falsely said I agreed to pay $50.00 more for my personal home. The manager said they had me on record agreeing to the increase. When I told him that wasn't true and if he would play it back with me agreeing to that, I would pay it. He then started making excuses. I would not trust this business I personally have never written a bad review before. This is my first.

Posted earlier that they over charge which is true but then found out that they caused a leak in my pipe, denied it being their fault and called me a liar. Not professional at all. Had to pay their inflated bill and then pay to fix their mess. Please stay away from these people.

Apple Services Plumbing has helped me out on several occasions this year. From replacing a broken supply line to changing out shower handles to repairing a flange/resetting the commode. Last year they replaced both of my hose bibs and fixed a leak in a supply line to my pool. These guys are prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!

Scheduled appoint form between 8AM - 12:00. Was told I would get a courtesy call. At 12:30 I called them and stated no one had called and no one had shown up. Was told they were suppose to have shown up at 10AM. They stated they must of had a communication problem. Told them I had to leave house at 2:00. Asked what the next day looked like. NEVER MIND. My time is valuable and I cannot just take time from work any time I want. I understand things can happen, but I expect some communications from the company I am doing business with.

This company is a joke. Set up an appointment at 1100 to have a septic inspection. They company called me and rescheduled that AM offering me the choice of either 1:00 or 4:00. Took time off work and waited at property at 400. At 445 I called the company. Dispatch stated that """"one of the trucks is having problems"""" and that they received an emergency call (can charge more so I got bumped). They stated should be there @630. I asked why after rescheduling the same day to meet THIER schedule they didn't see the need to call me to inform me that they would be 2.5 hours late. They apologized. When I stated that I believe they should discount the services because of the inconvenience they had the audacity to lie and state that the appointment time was for some time AFTER 4, we never said we would be there by 4 (they did). 630 is after four so we will be on time. Unbelievable. When they got here they couldn't even find septic. Pick another company or get what you pay for.
