I recently had my tankless water heater replaced and also added water softener system as recommended by Mark, the plumber who came to see about the leaking water heater and replaced the water heater himself. Mark was very professional, seemed knowledgeable, and was easy to work with. After Mark installed the water softener system, my family and I were unhappy with how slimy the water felt on our skin. I called Apple plumbing company for recommendations on how to fix the problem, they were very accommodating. Mark came back and worked his magic, problem solved. I highly recommend Apple plumbing if anyone is interested. They are honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

As far value goes, I cannot compared because I did not get other estimates. Every plumbing company I called, wanted to charge a bit of money just to come to see the work and provide an estimate. The advantage of Apple plumbing is that they work with Wells Fargo. I was able to apply for a credit card and finance the cost with zero interest if paid in 18 months. Tankless water heater and water softener system plus labor came close to 7,000.00 dollars.

AP&H have done nothing but great work for us. Very professional, they clean up after themselves and take extra precaution to protect our home while they work. Very fair with pricing and honest! We will definitely use them for any future work!

I would just like to say that Apple Plumbing & Heating was prompt and on time arriving to my residence. I just needed a light repair (toilet seat) but Kelsey P. arrived and was very professional and explained the process to me. She had a toilet seat on the truck and she took care of the repair right away. I will be using them if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

This company was responsible for CO2 leaking into our house. DO NOT USE! After ""servicing"" our furnace, we had CO2 in our house within 48 hours. With a 5 month old, that's incredibly terrifying. They then charged us over $400 to come out and look at, not fix, but just to look at our furnace. Both the fire department and two other HVAC companies verified that it was this company at fault for the CO2 leak. I was spoken to horribly by the accounts manager and only after my husband called did he agree to reimburse us $200 out of $800 all said and done. If you want to keep your family safe, don't use them.

We had an issue in April with our outside faucets leaking badly. We also wanted the rear water line moved to the outside of our deck. Dillon quoted us what we felt was a somewhat steep price but we agreed to the work. WOW! All I can say is that this young man is an artist! Not only was the work done with extreme care with mask and proper social distancing, but he was very careful to wear sure coverings when in the house. The work this polite young man did was nothing short of amazing. Well with every penny. Thank you Dillon.

Today we had Luke in to locate a basement leak and replace two faucets that were malfunctioning. This very respectful young man was also very careful to always use shoe covers when in the house and was careful to wear a mask and social distance. The work was impeccable.

Don't know where you find these guys, Apple, but keep up the excellent work!!

I had Luke visit on a call this morning. We were having trouble with our dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Then, when I asked if he could install a kitchen faucet while he was here, he was happy to help, even though it wasn't on my original request ticket.

It was about as good a visit as you can ask for. Very reasonable price as well.

We've been looking for a quality plumbing company in this area for quite some time. I think we found it. Thank you.

I'm a real estate agent, retired miltiary and do a lot of work with different plumbers as my sellers select other companies to fix their plumbing issues.

I got over 6 quotes to re-do all the plumbing in my home and although Apple was in the middle on price, I went with them simply because of the Master Plumber, Jason....prior military and I trusted him.

The entire crew and ower Pat is the same way, it's not because of Jason (that was a bonus). The job called for an entire week and it took an extra 3-days. They did not charge the extra days and kept their word!

They work hard, very honest and now we can say we found our Plumbing company for any and all issues in our home for now on.

I called late evening evening and left a message about our noisy well pump. They called first thing in the morning. The owner stopped to check out our problem and was very thorough with his explanation of what could be the problem. The receptionist called and kept me updated on the workers time of arrival.
Two gentlemen Luke & Bruce came about 3 o'clock. They gave me a written cost before they began. The job took about an hour and 1/2 and it was fixed. I thought the price was reasonable and was happy about the service. I would definitely use them again. Service is big for me. Thank you Apple

Gave them a call ....they stopped by the house said they get back with a price in a couple of days. Been over a week. Didn't even bother to give us a call back or anything? Can understand they're busy or even if they don't want to do the job- at least have the common decency to call back your customer that's waiting for you on the price instead of ignoring them and just never calling back.... typical Plumber

I cannot begin to express how much I love these people! They came out to replace my water pump while I was in the process of baking 300 cupcakes for my son's wedding. The job was done the same day. Chris , the technician, is absolutely incredible. I was having issues with sediment afterward and thought I had the problem licked but unfortunately I had not. I called Apple who immediately send Chris back out for no charge to correct the problem for me. Who else in the world would do that for you these days? Again, I love these people!!
