Dustin came out to temporarily remove some toilets for flooring projects. Was always masked up, gloved up, and put booties on his shoes before entering my home during these crazy COVID times. That is really appreciated. The professionalism and skill he exhibited was also very much appreciated. He replaced the wax rings and supply lines on three toilets and did a fine job with the sealant around the base, as well. Staff on the phone at Apple was always very helpful in scheduling, too.

Here in The Northend, we all have those old house moments. Mine was a mainline sewer replacement (ugh). But, with the excellent service of the folks from Apple Plumbing, this was a positive experience and outcome. From the first appointment, they were very professional and considerate of cleanliness and safety, wore protective booties, and masks. Rob educated me to the nature of clay pipes and tree roots, then he used a camera to show the blockage and breakage. He provided options and I never felt pressured or ""sold' ( so refereshing!) . I highly recommend Apple Plumbing!

Our water was leaking and needed to be replaced right away. Apple Plumbing came in and gave us a free estimate on the cost with options of what kind of water heater we wanted. Rob never pressured me or made me feel I needed to go with them to replace the water heater. I was able to finance the water heater and it was installed right away. Rob did a great job communicating with me and completing the job!

We had an in-home estimate to put a toilet in. The old toilet was already removed and the new toilet was sitting there ready to place on the hole. We even had two styles of new rings to go with. We were told it would take about 30 min. and would cost $300.00. Who can afford those prices??

If you want to brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet hire Apple. I had my bathroom measured out and the plans were NOT followed. I have never been so angry in my life and cannot afford to have the wall torn out and plumbing redone. The vanity has to be used as the privacy wall and if I gain weight, I won't fit.

I recently contacted Apple Plumbing to install a faucet and disposal to complete a kitchen remodel. Since I already had the faucet and disposal and all the hardware needed, I figured it wouldn't be over $200 . Apple uses a flat rate ala-carte pricing it turns out, and I was quoted an astronomical $480 ! For an hours work?....I decided to pass and look elsewhere. I was happy I did, as I got the work done by a top rated BBB
plumber for $120. The people at Apple were very nice,etc..but unless money is no object, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
