I've used Jeff for plumbing and electrical emergencies. He does his best to schedule an appointment as soon as humanly possible. He and his crew show up. They are polite and knowledgeable. They don't rush a diagnosis.

I had a new sink installed last Monday. They did good but half of my sink is missing and I called them everyday and no response at all. They may have thrown the box out bc it's not here. Also my new faucet leaks also.

Amazing on all levels. Had a leaking hot water heater and reached out to the company. Owner responded right away and said he could send a tech out that day. Almost unheard of here in the desert during peak season. Anyways, King James came by and said he could put in a new one the same day and quoted a very reasonable price. Even a few associates came by to help haul away the old water heater. James was super professional, and just a caring, great dude. I don't see this kind of customer service even in healthcare. James explained everything and was so kind and patient to answer all our questions and concerns. Everyone in this company across the board is so genuinely friendly and professional. Wish more business were this caring and skilled. Hot water heater is working perfectly and happy we met such nice people during a very busy time of year for businesses. I found out it was the owners Bday that day so happy belated Bday and thanks to these fine gentlemen for taking the time to help us out. You guys are very appreciated and just great people . Thank you!

They went above and beyond and even came back once when I couldn't figure something out and did not charge me - even tho it was ""user error"" on my part.
