This comp at is actually called all service home heating. I would advise you not use this company. The company was hired for a consultation to assess my furnace for eligibility to have a contract with them for service. They do not have a AC contracts and that was told to me upfront. When they came to assess the house my tenant was there. They never actually looked that furnace and they called me to give me input on how I could make the heating more efficient. Which I appreciated but when asked if he looked at the furnace after being charged 159 $ the service person never answered. I then came to find out he never went up to look at the furnace and when I asked for half my money back since he didn't do his job. They told me that they assumed since the AC unit was old that furnace was too old to service. The Izzy proceeded to tell me that he listened to furnace run through a vent and was able to tell it was to old to be serviced by them. After getting into an argument about refunding money with Michael the manager.. I was also told by Izzy they would work out a deal to give me half my money back. I have not heard from them and have started a complaint through better business bureau. I know things are rough right now. I work in the medical field but these people are criminals and have ZERO work ethic and have no problem taking money for work they did not do!

the worst company ever they dont have license also they dont care about town permits i paid 30k for ac and heat and ive been asking them for 1 year to fill up the town application and they have only a thousand of excuses

Apple Home Heating fixed a huge heating problem I had for the last 4 years & for that we are eternally grateful. I had been screwed with a geothermal system - the worst heating system you can have on the east coast. I had a number of big plumbing companies come for estimates & believe it or not many of these huge plumbing companies didn't even get back to me because the job was just too much work for them and they wanted quick easy money.
But Dominick came he saw the challenge of removing my old system & replacing it and he didn't hesitate to take that challenge on. He set us up for a cool summer & warm winter with reliable heat and our worries are over. His price was competitive & he IS reliable. Him & his workers are part of my family forever! They treated our home like it was theirs. They were on time, efficient, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves & even sent a cleaning crew to my house too. Dom even came a few times after to make sure everything was regulated & working properly! We highly recommend Apple Home Heating to all! This is a company with integrity!

Where do I begin, A tech arrives at my house 3 hours late spends 15 mins on my boiler and wants to charge me double what I was quoted proceeding to tell me I need a new boiler when it's not even 5 years old. the tech doesn't stop talking about how great he is and how no one in the company is as good as him, how professional. he leaves a few hours later and I get black smoke in my home. I call the emergency service and they tell me someone would be there in a few hours no one came till the next morning, so much for 24-hour service. When the tech, a different tech, does arrive the next day he doesn't even speak a word of English or even know how to service my unit. I will never use this company or recommend them again.

This company is outstanding. They came sooner than promised, diagnosed and repaired the problem the day of their visit. The technician was outstanding and pleasant to deal with. They really make sure our home was nice and toasty! We couldn't have asked a better experience.

If there were an option for no stars that would be my rating. Three times to my home and the burner is still kicking off. The last tech they sent was the sketchiest person I've ever seen, I was nervous allowing him through the door. Customer service was rude and not helpful. They actually are trying to continue to charge us for something that hasn't been properly fixed. Awful, avoid at all cost.

Shocked at all these great reviews If i could give zero stars I would as they performed ZERO services for me. I SCHEDULED an appt on Friday Dec 29 2017 for Wednesday Jan 3 2018 between 9am-12pm as a NEW customer also looking for a service contract. Long story-short I realized at 10am Wednesday no one had confirmed so I called up the company to make sure. They had no idea who I was, claimed I never called to begin with had no appt then finally found my info did not apologize just stated someone will be there. Thats the least of it. Fast forward to 330pm, I call back to find out whats up am told I am next after the guy leaves Deer Park 445pm I get a call from some guy telling me to turn my hotwater off/on. So I said no- I dont understand why you are calling me and trying to talk me through anything its broken, I have an appt, I took off work someone needs to come today my house is cold but my water is scalding hot and it wont turn down on the water heater. Guy says ""oh thats messed up im coming personally"" Guy shows up an hour later. Tells me my entire system is wired wrong- that I need a 3 zone relay installed and the thermostat on my water heater needs to be replaced. Tells me ""you're lucky this hasnt exploded yet"" proceeds to shut off my hot water heater valve and tells me to only use it when absolutely necessary until he comes back. Also turning the actual unit up to 220 degrees. Yep 220 (""to compensate"")Guesses the job will be between $500-600. I say ok. Lets get it fixed then. Go upstairs asks me what time he can call until with all the official pricing. Never to be seen or heard from again.

Thursday we get the snow storm- I figured everyone is just extra busy. I call the office friday- ""he'll call you today"" - nothing. Call Sat speak to Arianna- ""you can hold me personally responsible if he doesnt call at some point today"" nothing. Well here I am- Holding you guys responsible and All the while NO HOT WATER.

Now its tuesday- I call back AGAIN to explain what happened to an unempathetic customer service rep who said ""we were inundated with calls"" I explained that I lost a days pay and the guy left us with no hot water and was told ""I will make a note"" whatever that means no real apology. I even explained how good the companies reviews were. In the meantime I had another company come it cost 225$ to install a check valve in the line going to the water heater.

This guy from Apple (who was on his phone complaining about the lady from Commack that wanted them to go back down her crawlspace"") literally shut my hot water off during the coldest time of the year bc he as a trained professional couldnt tell there was no check valve keeping the system from constantly circulating and over riding the thermostat In turn, wanted to install a 3 way zone relays- and re-wire my entire system.

Thanks for wasting my time- costing me a days pay. Thank you to the 4 seperate female office workers who were very quick to get snippy completely useless and thanks for not coming back you saved me $300

I had a leak in the bathroom upstairs that was destroying my ceiling in the living room. I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to stop this water. The leak was so bad it would fill up a 1 gallon bucket every couple of hours. I called Apple and they were at my house in under two hours. They worked fast and clean and were very reasonable with the price considering I needed service ASAP...they replumed the entire sink with new pipes and guaranteed the work in case of future issues. Ty !

These guys are great...they are actually the 3rd company I called after the first company bailed on out on me and ""no showed"" while my heat is not working. The second company was at my house for under ten minutes before telling my that I need a new furnish for $2200. Apple came on time and they worked for about 45 mins and discovered that the red emergency switch box was burnt out and must have shorted out...they told me to show them the fuse box and I shut the the power from the panel and they rewired the box and flipped the power on and wallaaa...!!! WE HAD HEAT...! My problem was simply a burnt wire...shame on the company (which I will not mention the name ) and what they tried doing to me...! I can't recommend these guys enough is you want a honest, reliable company that won't just rip you off...! Also did I mention it was THANKSGIVING EVE when I needed the service...
