Mark went above and beyond for us! We had an emergency water leak and he had to reschedule lots of people to fit us in (apologies to those people). He was very thorough, did a great job and was very friendly. I would recommend Apollo Plumbing to my friends!

Customer warning. We had been using Apollo for our plumbing needs the past few years & called them for EMERGENCY help Thursday, May 5th at about 3 p.m. We just couldn't stop the water flow from our NEWLY replaced, but not working properly, ice maker. It had been replaced by a GE tech a week earlier but never worked & GE, also knowing our predicament, could not send out a tech until Friday, May 6 after 1p.m. One can only mop up water & keep freezer contents on ice for a limited amount of time. My husband explained this to Sal who said it was late in the day & he didn't think any of his guys would be available. Sal called back about 5 minutes later to say on one could come.
We called other places finally got one to come.
Then Sal called back & ""Did you get someone?""
Where were you when your customer needed you?
Needless to say, Apollo will not be hearing from us again.

My mother made an appointment recently to have these guys repair plumbing leak in the wall. They didn't show up at their scheduled appointment time and no phone call. They finally came in the afternoon and only partially completed the repair, and said they didn't have the knowledge or skill to finish it. One of their other repair folks was supposed to come and finish the repair. He didn't show up at the scheduled appointment time either and again no phone call. They walked off the job incomplete. Incompetent and unresponsive.

Apollo did a septic inspection for a client purchasing a home three weeks later and numerous request Apollo has still not provided the inspection report that my client has paid for. Messages and emails have gone completely unanswered and my clients mortgage is being held up. Do not use this company!

Amazing service. I called with a nasty backflow problem at 9:30 am, service rep met me at 10:00, I was back at work by 11:30. He was fast, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. You guys rock!

Used Apollo for the first time today to fix a issue we were having with a leak from our shower. They came out promptly and really did a great job resolving our issue. Price was fair and competitive. Hoping not to need plumbing work again but if I do I'll call Apollo again.
