BEST COMPANY!!! Stick with these guys! They do the best job and they don't cut corners. They get it done right! We live in a old house and the pipes are a pain and they didn't try selling us anything else. They just press forward with what need to be done! So great! The people are also so nice. 100% recommend them!!

I had a clog in the line. The person that was sent out was not experienced. He was unable to handle the problem. He was on the phone trying to get direction, but was just unable to handle it. I was charged $200.00 for his time and told to call someone else.

I called the business later that day and was told that there is no guarantee. I had previously used them and was very happy with the service, but I have now taken their number off of my fridge. I won't be using them again.

The technician was late, talked on the phone a lot. He took his time trying to find the clean out and I told him to just pull the toilet which he finally did. Unclogged the toilet checked it and the other toilet and one drain. All the drains were backed up and he didn't check those and when I called the office to ask why they told me it would be another $40.00. I had initially asked the office what the charge would be and if there would be any ""incidental"" other charges and she said no. Well, there was. They charged me an additional $30 to reset the toilet with a $5 seal. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Apollo was supposed to clean out the sewer line from my house to the street just before I purchased my home. Eight days after moving in, I had sewage backing up from both drains in the basement. It took five hours for professionals to clear the clog. Obviously, Apollo didn't actually clean out the sewer line. Or, if they did, it was done very badly. If the line had been properly cleaned, this couldn't have happened a week later. I contacted Apollo, spoke with both owners, Blake and Debbie, and asked them what could be done to help me. Both said they wouldn't do anything to help and don't offer a warranty or guarantee for their work. They were extremely rude and insulting. Now I'm dealing with disaster cleanup, and I have a $10,000 insurance claim on a house I'd owned for a month. And I've spent $2000 out of pocket to cover fixing the plumbing issue and my insurance deductible. Don't hire Apollo. Avoid their incompetence, insults, and outright lies--and the nightmare that I've experienced.

These guys are great! After a debacle with another company I called these guys. The lady on the phone started off by giving me great details about the rooter services I was looking for including how long it usually takes and initial prices along with the additional costs in case it takes longer than normal.

The guy came out to my home and was very nice and professional the entire time. He valued my time and my opinion on what needed to be done in my own home. That's a rarity these days it seems. He wasn't all about just doing his job, collecting a check and leaving. He ran through a few scenarios with me then let me choose what I wanted him to do. I opted to just have him run the line rather then send a camera down first.

Side note - he took the time to say hi to my 3 year old and showed him the equipment. My son thought that was the coolest thing he'd seen all day.

After using his rooter machine for a about 20 minutes he laid the bad news on me that my line was broken under the foundation. Then he walked me through other ideas to prevent having to do the costly repair of tearing up concrete and such.

Not sure if it was the bad news of a broken line or just the way they do business, but he didn't even charge me the full $130 to clear the line. He just charged a service call fee. He then gave me some references to get bids on the plumbing repairs he recommended.

Overall a great experience with this company. I will continue to use them and refer them.

We called Apollo Rooter the day after Thanksgiving to fix a major clog in our kitchen sink (so glad I didn't volunteer to fix the turkey dinner this year.) Tony arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem in less than five minutes. He fixed the clog and was in and out in under 45 minutes. He was quick and neat and the price was reasonable. We recommend them.
