This company (Kevin) was dispatched from my home warranty company when I had water dripping into my kitchen. From the moment I opened my door I had a negative experience. The plumber arrived saturated in the stench of stale and fresh cigarette smoke. I had to open the windows in my house to air it out once he left. I showed him where the leak was coming from and he tried running water in the bathroom above to see if there was any evidence of a leak unfortunately/fortunately was unable to reproduce the water intrusion. He then said if I wanted he could open up the ceiling and look further into the issue. So since I had paid to have someone come diagnose the problem I asked him to proceed. He seemed complacent to do nothing and be on his way and ignore the problem. Once I finally convinced him to do his job, he started cutting into the sheetrock. A couple of minutes in, the electricity in the house flickered and I heard him mutter ""Shit."" He had cut into electrical wiring. After that it was a string of expletives and muttering from him. He left to get some supplies to supposedly ""fix"" the wiring he cut. When he came back he just put electrical tape on the exposed wiring and said there was nothing more to be done. So not only do I have a hole in my ceiling, I have dangerous wiring. Apollo won't repair the sheetrock. Fine. But they are also refusing to accept any accountability for their employee's mistake and repair the wiring. The woman I spoke to on the phone was dismissive and interrupted me during our entire conversation. She blamed me for the whole thing and kept trying to say they aren't responsible. Even though I clarified numerous times that I am simply asking for the wiring to be fixed she kept deviating to the sheetrock. This entire experience has been maddening and horrific. Stay away from this business.

I think they go by Apollo Plumbing, or API plumbing. There was initially an address mix-up when the first tech went out, but Jim was very responsive, and quick to have someone else out to fix the issue. I had an AHS home warranty request to fix a broken fill valve on a toilet. Both Jim and his tech were communicative and and confirmed that the problem was now fixed, with the fill valve and flapper replaced to fix the leak issue.

They literally do NOT answer the phone. I've been trying to get someone to come out to my house to finish a job that was started last week and they will not return my calls. Do not call them for service. Call Babe the Blue Ox plumbing instead. They are so responsive!

They didn't have the equipment/ capabilities that they said they did over the phone, and were about to do a repair against code and without permits. I pulled them from the job. Super disappointed.

Water heater rusted through and was leaking. We have home warranty program and referred to Aeshliman Plumbing. They were able to accommodate quick appointment to asses, submit the claim to home warranty company and after quick approval was able to install the new water heater. Entire process was 3 days. We will certainly use this company in the future.

These guys are horrible. My water heater went out and they were assigned to the job through American Home Shield. The guy they sent out took a look at the water heater and said it needed replaced. They contacted AHS to get authorization and were denied because my water heater was 105 gallons. They would only approve installation of a 50 gallon heater. When I pushed back, Aeshliman proceeded to work with AHS to find a reason to deny my claim. They were even telling me that ""AHS"" does normally pay for certain things even though the contract clearly says that they are responsible. I was told the ""owner"" was Jim Aeshliman, which is interesting since their card says they're a ""woman-owned business."" Jim was completely unresponsive to my calls, leaving his flunky left to argue with me instead. If you HAVE to use them because they are assigned by your home warranty company - Good Luck! If you have a choice, go elsewhere. These guys are a bunch of clowns. I would never hire them voluntarily.

Jim from Aeshliman Plumbing Inc came out yesterday to address a leak under my kitchen sink - and would up fixing not only that by replacing the faucet, but while he was here he also
- repaired a hose bib leak (and taught me how to open the the 'bleeder' in freezing temps to protect the pipe),
- replaced my water main valve with a ball in socket,
- ingeniously drained the sediment out of the cold water line to the bathroom sink! I had literally been burning my face every time I washed up for over a year! In the midst of all these good works, he taught me a lot. I can't say enough good about him, he is truly a Master at his trade.

Our (very old) water heater went kaput-we called Jim with API, and he had a new water heater installed within 48 hours of receiving approval from our home warranty company. Jim was punctual, professional, and did a great job. We highly recommend API and will use them in the future!
