We had a clogged drain and a leak from our outdoor faucet. We called Apollo Plumbing and they sent out someone within hours. They came and fixed everything like new and it was more affordable than I had expected, which was nice since they seemed to deliver pretty good service and they had nice equipment.

0 stars this place is highway robbery! I was quoted over $3400 to have a sink and dishwasher hooked back up after a countertop install. In the same visit I was quoted $4,400 to have my water pressure valve replaced. I ended up paying the $100 call fee and sending the plumber on his way and went with another company that handled both issues for literally a quarter of the total price Apollo was trying to charge me. Apollo are absolute thieves!

I had Apollo out to fix a badly clogged kitchen sink after having two other plumbers out that could not fix the problem. On Friday Zac came out and found the trouble and on Saturday Josh came out and completely fixed the problem. He was a very nice young man. Answered all questions and worked very hard to solve the issue. I am very impressed with him and how polite and helpful he was. Highly recommend Josh and Apollo if you need help. I see alot of bad reviews and am very confused by it. I would for sure call them again.

Okay, so here is my experience with Apollo.
I called Apollo on Wednesday, 9/20 to make an emergency appointment because I had discovered what looked to be a serious leak behind the wall of the washer. The scheduler set the appointment for Thursday, 9/21 at 9:00 a.m. Great, I was happy that they were able to get me on their books quickly.
Here we are on Thursday, and I received a call that the plumber was unable to keep the 9:00 a.m. but would push it out to 11:00 a.m. And now is the head-scratching aspect. I received another call from the scheduler, and she said, ""My service manager told me that we're not doing that kind of work at this time?"" I was like, ""Not doing what kind of work? Checking for leaks?"" She said, ""We're just not doing that type of work at this time."" A plumbing company that doesn't handle water leaks. Seriously? If there was an issue with the type of service I requested, how about being honest and explaining it to me? Instead of making a statement that is so puzzling coming from a PLUMBING company. I requested to speak with the service manager for clarification of ""we're not doing THAT at this time"", but of course, he was in a meeting. How convenient! I provided my call-back number and will likely receive a call-back on the 32nd of this month. But hey, by reading these reviews, I likely dodged a bullet. What a bunch of losers!

0 Stars. Want to be robbed? Call Apollo. Want to get charged $1500 for replacing 5"" of copper pipe? Call Apollo. Highway robbery.
$1500 to replace FIVE INCHES of copper pipe.
No, it was not an ""emergency"" call.
I even made an appointment, and the appointment was cancelled, and rescheduled. And I was flexible, and didn't call someone else. And still they charged me freakin $1500.
Also they did NOT turn my water back on after leaving. And moved copper pipe in the crawl space, and after leaving, heard a loud metal twang of pipe dropping because they did a crap job of securing it.
These guys should have their license revoked. Incomprehensible how outrageous the charge is and how awful the service is.

My 75 year old mother had a leak below her mobile home in a senior park yesterday & in a panic called Apollo out to fix it.
There was a 100$ charge to come out to look at the problem & provide an estimate. While she waited she turned the water off and removed most of the screws to the access panel so he could check the leak (which was maybe 1-2 feet from the access opening)
The plumber arrived, and without even looking under the house, while the water was OFF - quoted my mom 1000$ to fix the leak, then took her 100$ and left.
After he left my cousin came over, and found it was simply one fitting that needed to be tightened with a wrench, problem solved.
What a racket - charge a hundred bucks to go out and not even LOOK at the plumbing, provide a ridiculous quote that has no conceivable way of being accurate - then leave with 100 bucks. Great way to make money without even working.
Thankfully my mom was able to call the office, furious, and have the charge for the service/estimate call reversed - but regardless - I do NOT recommend this company. The experience yesterday was unprofessional and shady.

Called them out twice to determine cause of brand new hot water tank not keeping the water hot. First guy adjusted the temp and it was okay for part of a day, actually too hot but gradually got cooler. Second guy didn't even try, he just said"" all I can do for you is write up an estimate for a new unit"". (Estimates were $4200.00 - $6200.00). Ridiculous!! He didn't even try to figure out the issue!! AND IT WAS A BRAND NEW TANK! We eventually, with the help of the people at McLendons in Snohomish, were able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. Really? Not plumbers at Apollo, just sales. Will never recommend them. So disappointed!
