Apollo came to my house to see why my A/C unit wasn't working right.
They couldn't tell me why it wasn't working because they weren't able to test anything electrical. Then they proceeded to charge me $129. Turns out the reason they couldn't diagnose fully is because they don't have the license in WA to test them.
This is fraudulent practice! I contacted Apollo to complain, but its been radio silence. I will be contacting BBB.

Project was a replacement of an expansion tank for a 50G water heater. The quote the plumber gave me was over $900 !! This is very high. I declined and had to pay $75+tax of ""consultation fee"". Will not be using Apollo again.

P.S. I have now obtained bids from 3 other plumbing companies for replacing an expansion tank with brass fittings - all bids are below $400! This shows you how inflated Apollo's price is. They DO NOT give free estimates; instead you have to pay $75 consultation fee so someone can stop by and give you an inflated price in person. Do not fall for this trap and call a company that can give you a free estimate.

This is the second time I've used Apollo. The first time was to help us with frozen pipes after our January storms. The second time was to flush our tankless hot water heater. Both fellows who helped us did a great job. On They were on time, competently did the jobs, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Apollo.

I had a water line break which was spraying water so was very interested in a quick fix. The entire process between calling Apollo and completing the job was just over 24 hours which I found impressive. I worked with Judah Markham and Justin Abbot. Both were very courteous and did a great job explaining to me what they were doing and how it fixed my problem. The fix was not only quick but seemingly high quality. I'll be using Apollo for future services as needed.

Apollo plumbing replaced my main water line. They were very fast to respond to my request for help, fast to set up a temporary solution, and fast to complete the final repair.

Apollo replaced my hot water heater and expansion tank, $3100. The next week I replaced the hot water heater in a rental, $1800, same brand, capacity and expansion tank. I got a quote from George Morlan $1910 and repeatedly asked Apollo to double check their quote, which was over $1000 more expensive. I was never able to have them provide me with a detailed accounting of the charge or reasonable explanation of why it was so much more, just the explanation that this is their flat rate pricing; what they charge ""day in and day out"". I advise that you shop around.
