I manage multiple properties in the Lake Stevens area. Recently I had major plumbing issues. I contacted multiple different plumbing companies in the area, to have them qoute the repairs for my buildings. The other companies were reluctant, flakey or were not available within a reasonable time frame.

I called Apollo Plumbing once in the evening, they sent someone out the very next morning and I had a qoute within 24 hours after placing the initial call. The pricing was fair and they patiently worked with us as we had to coordinate their work with other vendors.

Once they came out for the job, they were quick, professional and happy to answer all my questions.

I have used Apollo Plumbing for repairs on sites I previously managed as well, over the past few years, they consistently provide quick and professional work!

Called on Fri evening for a plugged sewage main in the house. When I was called back about 20 minutes later, asked what their charges maybe aprrox. and received no answer. My fault for not getting the approx. charge. Was given a 2 hour window on Saturday. They arrived at the end of the window, asked the technician what the rates were and was quoted $550 for the unplugging of the drain and because of no clean out an additional $350 to pull the toilet.

For that kind of money I would be money ahead to buy my own snake and have it forever.

They were over twice the price of the company who completed the job. As said by Jackie O they are CRAZY OVERPRICED

I called 8 different emergency plumbing places at 4:30pm on a Monday and each of them said be there in less than 2 hours and 4 hours later I was still waiting. I called Apollo at midnight and they said they would be out in an hour and at 1am they showed up!! If you want the job done quickly and correctly call APOLLO PLUMBING!! They came when they said they would, didn't lie to me, very polite & professional. These guys are not the big name companies so they will treat you with respect & understanding! They won't make you wait hours and hours then call & say they will put you on the morning schedule like rescue rooter, roto rooter, night & day! They come out in an hour like they said. When you only have one toilet in the house with an elderly person you can't wait hours & you can't wait until morning crew comes to do the job that the night crew was suppose to do.. Once we called Apollo they came right out and fixed the toilet in a timely manner!! This is the greatest company in Washington state. They don't lie, they don't try to scare you into paying for something you don't need, and they really do try to help save you money! This is the true American worker who is honest and trustworthy!! Thank You Apollo your the best!!!

Tried to give these guys my business twice. First time they showed and didn't have the parts despite the fact they were told what the issue was when appt. was scheduled. Decided to give them another shot and they called to cancel appt. at the last minute. Thanks for the complete waste of my time! I left work to go home and wait for your ""window"" and then to completely blow off the appt? Incompetence and unprofessionalism across the board.

I'm very thankful to Joan and Mark from Apollo Plumbing.
I had a leaking facet in the kitchen. First I have checked if I can see whether it is leaking from any tube connections where I might be able to do something myself. It looks like it was leaking from within the facet under kitchen counter. I didn't no think that I can do anything about it.
I have called to a few plumbing services from the neighborhood from Yelp. Since the facet was only leaking while on, it was not urgent. Still I was hoping to take care of it quickly. Most services offered to come in a few days. One offered to make an appointment in a couple of weeks. When I called Joan, the appointment was made for the same day for one hour after my call.
Around the time of appointment, Mark has called me. He asked me about a facet and whether it was a pullout kitchen facet. When I have confirmed it, he suggested on the phone to pull it out and inspect it. Right then and there I saw that connection of the flexible tube to the faucet head was the problem. I realized that I was able to take care of it myself.
I'm very grateful to Mark. Bottom line is that he helped me to solve the problem in 5 minutes ... and for free ... and on the phone.
If I ever will have problems with plumbing in the future, I'm calling Apollo Plumbing right away.

Great plumber, super knowledgable and attentive. I've used and referred them to my friends for years and will continue to do so. Dan the owner has tons of experience and hires trustworthy employees. I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find a bad review about them, which is rare in this industry!!

We had a leaking toilet in our Everett office for months that we could not fix. After several attempts to fix the toilet we finally asked Dan at Apollo Plumbing to take a look at it. Dan was very polite and helpful and had the toilet fixed in 5 minutes. No more issues finally.

It's hard to find a plumber that is honest, polite, and fairly priced. Dan at Apollo ended up taking care of our problem with minimal charges. His customer service was really great too. He made it a point to follow up with us later to make sure our problem was really fixed.

What I like about Apollo is that they aren't just your typical one-man-show operation. They actually have a really great local presence here in the local Snohomish county area. I know Dan makes it a point to be really involved with the Marysville YMCA. I guess you could say Apollo Plumbing is really a family friendly local plumbing service that we'll continue to use for any future issues.

I found Apollo from Yelp reviews and got an appointment for the next day. I had many things done, pressure reducing valve, insta hot and ice maker installed, rebuilt shower faucet and new flappers in the toilets. Matthew was extremely courteous, knowledgable and efficient. I'd call them again. Oh, and wonderful Joanna the voice on the phone added to the professionalism of the company.

I had several issues around my house that had been waiting up to a couple of years to get fixed. So I looked on yelp and checked out the reviews about Apollo Plumbing and their competitors. I called Apollo up and the lady on the phone was super helpful and nice. She even offered me a coupon that waived the call out fee so I could get a free estimate.

The plumber, Matthew Gardner, who came out was the model of polite professionalism. He was very helpful in diagnosing my leaking sink issue and even though it wasn't a plumbing problem he called one of his professional contacts to try and find me a contractor to remount my sink. The lead didn't pan out but he put forth the effort and it really impressed me.

I also had Matthew look at a leaking washing machine which turned out to be an appliance problem. I could tell he was sure it wasn't a plumbing issue to begin with but he was more than happy to hop back there and check the pipes to put my mind at ease.

He fixed my outdoor taps very quickly and gave me several tips to maintain the new installation. He even offered to answer any questions and invited me to watch his repair while he worked. He was very thorough in his answers and taught me about the differences between certain plumbing hardware brands for the job he was working on.
