Great Service!!
We called and explained our plumbing ""crisis"". Within an hour of that call we had a plumber at our home.
They sent us a txt confirming the visit, including a pic of the person who would be performing the service.
Mark arrived soon after the txt and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our problem was solved within 30 mins.!!
We were extremely happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family & friend's.

Oops! Fence Installer.

If one can address a broken sewage line or unclog a drain it is Cory at Apollo. I called at a ridiculous hour in the AM and got a service call in thank you, Debbie, for being so patient at such an hour. Cory's bio was texted to me prior to service call so I knew in advance who was going to be knocking at my door. Cory was extremely polite and answered all my questions as I followed him all around as he located the clean-out for the drain. It was nice that he was focused on the time and urgency of the matter as I did not want him to stop just to have a long conversation as to details. Once the cleanout was identified he went to work on the drain, I excused myself to grab my rain jacket and return as it was raining, but before I could return in less than 5 minutes he had the tools out of his truck and the drain open with a camera and snake gaining info as to what caused my 1st-floor bathroom to overflow and then some. In less than 15-20 minutes Cory had the drain unblocked and asked me to look into his camera at what appeared to be a hole and concrete in the sewer line, Oops it appears the hole may have been caused by the installer of the wood fence post that hit the sewer pipe unknowingly and when they cemented the fence post the concrete leaked inside the pipe and created a 75% permanent blockage. Why this isn't the first time of a clogged drain, but the first time a professional actually found the damage thanks to Cory. Apollo also gives discounts to local employees of Boeing so Thank you.

I used Apollo Plumbing twice. They really are 5 stars specialists.
Recently, I had a main water line leakage problem. Called Apollo for an estimate.
The manager gave me the estimates with two options to fix the problem.
I made a decision to install a new main water line with a 30 years warranty.
Apollo used a drilling machine to install a pipe under my 150 feet concrete driveway.
This way, there was no mess, driveway was not damaged, pipe installed in the matter of hours.
I have peace of mind for the next 30 years.
I would recommend Apollo Plumbing Professionals to those who need the high quality plumbing services.

We had our kitchen sink that was clogged. The plumber showed up took a look and snaked it once and then said, ""He couldn't help me (A senior) because he didn't have the proper equipment and that I should call Roto-Rooter. He then left.We did just that, and Roto-Rooter was out in 30 minutes after he left. The problem was then fixed. He used the same equipment that the Apollo Plumbing person had. It was as though he could not get out of our home fast enough. In fairness to the company, he said there is No charge.

Tyler was professional and friendly when giving me my quote. Mark was fantastic keeping me in the loop as to what he was doing as he worked, the job was done quickly and he left my yard and garage in tact. It sucks to find out you have to have your replace your water line- they made this experience as pleasant as it could be. They were fast, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Corey showed up to a property to perform a sewer scope for us. Upon learning that the sewer was more complex than he had equipment for, his attitude turned toxic and unprofessional and he left in a huff. The listing agent and my agent, who were also present, were appalled. He did not contact me or my agent to explain what happened, determine next steps, or refer someone who could help. Shockingly unprofessional.

But forget me. I'm just some guy. Guess who Keller Williams on the east side is not going to contact again for their clients' plumbing jobs? Get it together fellas. Word of mouth marketing is either your best friend or your worst enemy.

Apollo Plumbing...Taking advantage of seniors and the handicapped!

Apollo plumbing charged my father-in-law (Herb) $1,400 to fix a pinhole leak in a pipe in his yard. After showing up their plumber told Herb it will cost him ~$2,000 for them to dig the hole and fix the leaking pipe, but their plumber offered to reduce the price to $800 if the 83-year-old handicapped man (who's had a quadruple bypass) dug the 18"" deep hole _himself_...right then and there with a shovel.

As he lives on a fixed income the senior citizen took the shovel and dug the hole!!!

Apollo's plumber then cut a small section of black poly pipe out that had a pinhole leak and repaired it with an inexpensive barbed fitting. Afterwards the 83-year-old filled the hole himself.

We called Apollo Plumbing multiple times to dispute the $1,400 charge (not $800 as they told him) for 20 minutes of ""work"" and they claim this is their ""going rate"".

We called numerous other plumbing companies and they agreed that Apollo Plumbing robbed this handicapped senior citizen.
