Clayton came out to diagnose our A/C. Turns out the blower motor is bad. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. As I have a great deal of technical background, I do know when someone is blowing smoke. He told me straight, and quickly found the blower motor failed.
Unfortunately, the motor is out of stock, this is a carrier issue, so I have a warranty on a motor that no one seems to be able to find. Not Apollo's fault, it is more of the result for outsourcing everything to other countries.

I had this company come out, they were the only ones available on July 3rd after my A/C went out, they quoted me $2600 for control board and fan blower motor. They went on to say I could get a $500 discount on repair and a $50 discount off service call if I chose to purchase their maintenance plan. Then they went on to tell me that perhaps I just needed a new system all together and someone could be out right now to talk to us about that. I decided to get a second opinion and the other company came out, diagnosed the problem and returned to replace the fan blower motor... the control board was fine and it was $1000 less than what Apollo quoted. This company clearly directs their employees to upsell and basically scam customers out of as much money as possible. I would never recommend this company.

Using a Nest smart thermostat without a C wire became annoying so called Apollo Heating asking if they could hook one up for me. They sent Chris, who promptly installed the correct wiring... hooking it up to the thermostat, whalla perfect...no more worrying about making sure the battery was charging. Chris also changed my air filter, and while here had him replace the old ""ignitor"" in my aging Rheem heater. As always, using a vaccume to clean up and sealed it tight. I have been using Apollo Heating for years, but never got around to writing a Yelp review, something I wanted to change this time around. I couldnt be happier with the work they have done, and at a very good, reasonably low price. Thank you.

This company is a rip off! They charge to come out to the house! $98 but if you complain they will drop it down to $49! They gave me 3 estimates. The lowest was $1,580 up to $2500. I told them no That I would think about it. So I just added to call somebody else. I gave roto rooter a call They said it was NO Charge to come out for an estimate. Everything that Apollo listed for $1580, Roto Rooter listed a charge of $560!! Apollo is a rip off!!

It's a complete waste of your money calling this scam company. My wife and I bought our house in 2021 knew nothing about boilers so we followed their recommendations to our injury. Everytime they came and it was often it cost us over 750.00 dollars for them to flush our boiler or add some kind of green stuff they claimed would fix our problem. None of it worked we now flush our boiler ourself every week and save over 700 dollars each time we flush our boiler. All you have to do is hook up a hose to your discharge valve on your boiler and do it yourself. Turn off thermostate and turn off switch to your boiler in your basement. Then turn valve to discharge dirty water in your boiler that's it/ I can't wait until God shuts them down they charge to much and the service doesn't solve any of your problems! Keep your hard earned money and flush it yourself. Our boiler is only 3 years old and we had nothing but costly problems with worthless apollo and heating!

Called Apollo to get a general furnace tune up on a 5 yr old furnace. Tech said it was spitting oil, and recommended a new motor and since it was under warranty, the part would be free. I agreed to the work. Told me I had to pay $500+ up front or nothing could be done. I thought this was odd but paid it-as the tech said the motor could 'freeze up at any time' and that would be more costly. He installed my 'free' motor a week later. Took him 30 minutes. I requested an invoice and asked if there was any warranty/guarantee on the work, which he redirected me to the office to get the invoice and said I 'had his word' that the work was good (I'm sure that will hold up,...). I called the next day-mainly wanting to know what I paid $500+ for, if, the part was free? The service mgr. finally called me back and mansplained to me how 'business is done'. He was rude and condescending. Refused to send me an invoice or explain what I paid for-other than general ..we have to make money as a business... And ultimately hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We needed a wax ring installed in my dad's toilet in a house that is less than 4 years old . Wax rings are anywhere from $4 to $10 at home depot. I was told by the woman on the phone that it would be $98 to send someone out. I said okay, no problem thinking it would be $200 max to install. The gentleman showed up and then proceeded to quote my dad for an additional $600 to install a new wax ring. He could buy one of the nicest toilets at home depot for that price.... He ended just paying the $98 and told the plumber to leave his home ASAP. Definition of a cash grab. Regardless, this company is out to take advantage of home owners. Don't believe me, call and see for yourself. BE VERY AWARE!

Wow, my review is like so many others. I called Apollo in for a recheck of a small problem that I had with my A/C last year. the tech came out and said ""well, you can either fix the $6000+ in repairs or talk to our sales department about a whole new system. (He said this in much sweeter, more concerned words, of course). They can be here as soon as this evening to talk to you and price out a new system. We finance, you know"". Of course you do. He was very convincing, showing me pictures of things that I had no idea what they even meant. Luckily I am suspicious by nature and called out not one but 2 other companies for another estimate. These two companies diagnosed the exact same issue - no new system even mentioned and we paid just over $250 for the repair. I think it is terrible for a company to prey on someone's unfamiliarity of a product and try to worry them that there is going to be a huge disaster if they do not replace. Shame on you Apollo, from these reviews I can see that this is a regular occurrence for you.

We have been using Apollo for over 6 years and I could not be more satisfied with the company and their service.
They are very experience, conscientious, professional, and knowledgeable. We've had a ""few"" emergency situations and everyone from the person answering the phone (Mary Lou most often), to the experts who come out (JD and Frank lastly) have shown extreme personality while providing the best of service. I would highly recommend this company.
PS Their motto: ""we are nice people"" could not be more accurate!
