Incredibly rude owner who argued over what he wanted to name an area when I told him what neighborhood the job was in. When I said, ""Thank you, goodbye,"" and hung up, he began harassing me via text message. I blocked him and he continued harassing me from another person's phone number. I would not want to have a person with so little customer service skill anywhere near my job.

These guys did a fantastic job and responded to my phone calls when no one else on the the Island even returned my call. They quickly diagnosed a leak coming into my main shut-off valve, dug into the ground to access it, and repaired it. I was losing lots of $$ per month due to this leak so the cost of repair was well worth it. A+ would use them again.
