I'm not sure about the previous review about a Phil but my experience is of a one-man band named Don. In August I hired him to fix a leaky toilet. He didn't fix it and, worse, left it with a very quiet leak that we didn't notice for three weeks which ran up a water bill of $400. I called him up recently (after waiting for later bills to prove the leak was caused by his poor work) and arranged for him to fix it again. Like the first time he required me to call him the day before to remind him what time/where the job is-- in other words, he uses his customers as his calendar/alarm service. He forgot anyway and I had to call and wait! He finally showed and took no responsibility for the cost of the leak, blaming the water, toilet cleaner, and maybe the full moon. He may have fixed it but as he left he said, ""Keep an ear out for a leak."" I have zero confidence in this guy and... he's hard to look at -- needs to see a dentist badly.

The owner is Phil, and he works with his son in law. They are down home, personal, and not corporate, which I like. They get the job done, and it costs less. they are honest. Unfortunately, Phil is sick, and might be working limited hours.
