On August 31, 2021 (one year ago), Apollo repaired our septic system to the tune of $2400 plus an additional $580 to pump the tank a second time and add another $200 of chemicals. On returning this week we found that the top is starting to cave in. I called this morning to have Apollo come out and correct the problem. They said ""sure, that will be $150 for some sand!"" Really!

If you need help with your septic system don't even consider this company unless you have lots of extra cash in your pocket.

Do not choose this place for your septic needs. This place was recommended by our real estate agent and it was a very costly mistake for us.
We are selling our house and we have to get our septic tank inspected. We were only expecting have to pay for the inspection fee, because that is what we asked Apollo to do, is just the inspection. When we got the $910 bill from Apollo we were shocked. Apollo charged us $400 to dig a hole 4 feet deep and they pumped our system without our approval, because it wasn't a ""repair"".
The home was vacant and the previous sellers did not pump the septic tank when we bought the house. So, there was a lot to pump, which is understandable. But, if Apollo would have consulted us, called us, or informed us we would have found another option to dig a four feet hole, and shopped around for another company to pump our septic.
The owner said that his guys called him for permission to dig, but they didn't call us. In the end, all we wanted was to be refunded for the dig, and for them to change their policy to inform their customers of such a costly expense.

My septic is 16 years old and failed. Apollo sent out a tech who drained my system and cleaned out the filter. Upon further inspection of the D box, he said my lines may need flushing and ventilation added so bacteria can do its job. They gave me multiple options to get my system back online and did so with professionalism and courtesy. They have my highest recommendation and will be the one's I call if/when I have septic issues in the future.

Less than 2 years ago, we bought our property. Per state law, the septic tank must be drained and inspected before the sale of the home, so when we noticed our septic tank overflowing, it raised concerns! My first thought was that the company(Steele Septic) that performed the work hadn't really drained the tank. I called APOLLO in an effort to ask some questions. This is when I found out that Steele Septic had been bought by Apollo a few months after we bought our house.

I inquired as to why a 1,250 gallon tank would already need to be pumped. I was provided with several possibilities as to what the issues could be......with one being that it had not been pumped. They offered to come out to identify the problem. There would be a service fee of $150 and if they pumped out the tank, it would be about $300(for our size septic). There is a savings offered when you know where the caps are located.

Before actually setting up an appointment, we spoke to Jeremy about our concerns. Jeremy took the time to educate us about the ins and outs of a septic system and the steps he would take to determine what the issue was with our system. He basically walked my husband through all the steps. (Did you know there is a filter that can be accessed and should be cleaned periodically to help keep a septic system in good operating condition?) Luckily, my husband has a background that enabled him to fix our issue! My husband's Valentine's gift to me....hahaha!

Jeremy did not have to take the time to explain everything. He could have just scheduled an appointment and sent someone over to do what needed to be done and then billed us for the work completed. We appreciated his efforts and even though he nor his company came out to service our system, I will use them in the future.

APOLLO deals with sH!+, but their customer service is far from sh!++y! Thank You Jeremy!

Pay only cash and to empty your septic, good as taking the sh#! Out of your house but they are not plumbers, I still have a plugged up toilet. Besides they will overcharge you more than a professional mechanic to fix your car, seriously. Retain my Mom card infos to charge her the remaining of ""work"" two hours to make holes and locate your septic of $250.00 without calling her or notifying her. Just pay cash to empty your septic. Creeps and crooks.

My septic tank backed up during the weekend right before a party at my home. I had already called a plumber and Apollo drain and septic. Apollo called asked me what the problem was even though I told him I had a plumber on his way. They told me to cancel the plumber and walked me through a fix which required removing a plugged cartridge in the septic tank. Fixed my problem through a simple phone call and saved me a significant amount of money and hardship. Best customer service I've ever encountered in any business anywhere! Thank you Jeromy!!! You got my service!

I paid $400 for a job that wasn't fixed and called to tell them about it twice. The woman told me the owner would give me a call back and never heard anything.

I would advoid this company. They double talk when you start asking them question. When I first called them they "" couldn't find my address in there system, after finding the original paperwork from the purchase of my home, SHOCKING that Apollo was the one the bank used to pump and inspect my septic tank. I called back and AMAZINGLY they found my address. I was 1st told 100.00 to locate the tank then on 2nd phone call it went up to 150.00. This in my opinion is NOT A GOOD or even decent customer service. When I dug up my tank thanks to All Waste one of the lids Apollo had put back is all cracked and broken they could have cared less about there customer by putting back this piece of shit lid. Unfortunately the only local place to sell lids were Apollo so against my better judgement I drove there and I couldn't buy the lid because I wanted to pay cash and the office person did not have change. She was rude! And blamed me for wanting to pay cash because"" nobody uses cash here so ya"" I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! At least get a second opinion besides Apollo. First my address was NOT in there system, then it was. First is was 100.00 to locate the tank then it went to 150.00. Then when I asked questions they double talked not really answering my questions. Then I want to pay cash and it's my fault the office person didn't do her job and make sure they have an appropriate petty cash draw. I vote No to Apollo and so should you.

Horribly run business. They sent a bill to collections on my for services they didn't even render and then called me a liar for saying that their technicians did not clean out my septic tank. I didn't get a call or notice that they were going to collections. They said they cleaned out my septic tank and they didn't. It was impossible since no one found the tank lid. I later uncovered it with a backhoe. They said their technicians don't lie so obviously it implied that I was. We all know how honest employees can be! When I asked her to remove the collections, she said it was my problem. Then a year later they send me a bill for a drain cleaning that I had already paid. Bunch of idiots, do not use this service. If there was a negative rating, I would give it to them.
