Nice to have had Phil come out and save the day. He's professional, cleared the clog, had the right equipment that was longer than our 50 foot snake and he was able to get the job done! What a relief! Added bonus, during this time of pandemic, he and his assistant came with masks and were super respectful of distancing. He was friendly and has been a local since 1969. We'll use him again in a heartbeat.

I had a clogged drain line with leaks. EMERGENCY situation. Had another company do an estimate, with a final cost of $5,000, to get things running again. They said I couldn't use the toilet or shower... I couldn't sleep with worry, called PHIL at APOLLO, he was very concerned, came out early the next morning just to give me a second opinion. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problems right away. The shower and toilet weren't even involved in the leak, it was the kitchen and laundry line. He's reasonable, and assessed the best course of action. $340.00, to get everything going again. He stayed and fixed them immediately. He will replace the broken, old garbage disposal next week, and RECHECK the line again to make sure it is leak free. If the line does ultimately need replacing, he will do it for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted from the previous nationwide company. He rearranged his busy schedule to help me, and was willing to give me a second opinion right away, with no obligation!!! I can't thank him enough for his compassion and honesty. He has NO COMPLAINTS from any online resources or the BBB, and he's done business around here for several decades. If he can fit you in, use him. I will ONLY call him in the future for my plumbing issues. I'm breathing a sigh of RELIEF!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Apollo Drain & Rooter Service-Phil Matthews was recommended to us by Allards who scheduled the service with him for us. We are VERY disappointed in the quality of service Mr. Matthews provided. For the $$ spent Mr. Matthews should have gone the extra mile to see if he could get the line snaked out but stopped when he thought he reached the end of the line. He doesn't use a camera which would have been helpful to see what the blockage is and also to see that he had not reached the end of the line. Now we have to call someone else to do the same work we already paid toooooo much money for. We would never recommend Apollo or Mr. Matthews. We have had better service from Roto Rooter in the past who did use a camera and could tell exactly what the problem was and where it was in the line.

I have used Apollo Drain service for over 10 years. My daughter would always manage to plug up the pipes from the toilet. Phil would always get here as soon as he could. Even when the time of day was bad, he would fit me in. When he got here, he would always know just how to fix the problem....usually required snaking and getting on the roof or middle of driveway under dirt.
I appreciate how he regards each client as important. Doesn't put you off for days as most every other place I've tried to use does. The expense was much higher this visit but in previous years he could have been undercharging. Not having to wait days to get service was worth the money.
Very dependable........and he quarantees his work.

Totally overcharged me. When I told the water company that referred him to me what he charged me, they couldn't believe it was so high. They knew the work he was supposed to do. I called him and asked for some of my money back and he said he would send it, but even after several calls to him, he never sent it.
