Called at noon so they would be here by one it's 230 still no one here. Called and called always the same thing call another number and then call that number only to be told by the answering machine to call the number that I just called. Finally after several calls someone answers and says well his truck broke down. Really? What happened to his phone that he couldn't call me and tell me that himself. Never will call this number again

#229 Does a check-in count if a repairman comes to you? It did in this case, I'll take it! When the water heater started acting up, super hot water-no hot water-tripped off water heater. Repeat until you get off your dead butt and call a repairman, in this case Apollo Beach Plumbing. I called and was told that someone would be there in an hour. Within an hour Greg showed up. He knew just what to do, had the parts in his truck and started working. After replacing the upper and lower controllers and heating elements, the water heater is new again, Greg said it just needed a tune-up. This was a no BS repair, done in an hour and fairly priced. Would not hesitate to call Greg again should the need arise.

Called mid morning and Tom arrived by 1pm, Prompt and courteous. Fixed two drains and hose water spicket in less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. thank you, Jacki C.
