buyer beware I suggest paying the extra money for factory authorized service our Maytag washer that is four years old had a ten-year motor warranty. The washer works, but is having problems on spin cycle open to putting unneeded parts on service was good was friendly was told that we needed transmission or gearing type parts or could be the motor was not sure we went ahead and purchased the parts paid $380 as soon as he put the parts on it ran through the cycle did exactly as it had done before immediately blamed it on the motor told us to contact Maytag Maytag was willing to send us a motor and a unknown fee to put it on so we contacted a plus and asked if we could work a deal out for the parts that we're not needed at this point things changed because he felt we were questioning the repair as he had stated originally could be the motor could be these parts my wife tried to talk to him as the story started to slowly change I called him at no point at this point was he trying to be friendly cooperative or helpful there was excuses and changed stories. We now have a washer that will not go through an entire spin cycle , and when I try to pleasantly and calmly talk to him, he indicated that we should have Maytag send him the motor so that there would not be any liability on his part. I called to work it out after cursing at me well first he had his wife on the phone he was in the background , so after cursing at me and screaming his side of the story, he used my Lords name in vain, told us that we lost a good contractor and forget his phone number and hung up on me so if you would like to buy parts, you do not need or if the parts are needed to diagnose the problem, he will not work with you. I he blamed it on the motor and said that the motor had probably damaged the parts that he put on. I personally would've started with the motor to begin with since it was under warranty. I believe he knew the problem I knew he could get money by blaming it all on a ten-year motor. My suggestion is just go buy another cheap washing machine anytime one breaks down. What do you do when you have a guy in your house kick him out you go ahead under good faith and try to work with him. This guy will not work with you buyer beware and if you think you can call the Better Business Bureau, good luck he lives out in the country and he knows that that's going to take more effort than it's worth my suggestion is go to Morehouse. They've been in business 140 years they service what they sell. You might pay a little extra but it's worth it .

Zero stars!

I am totally disgusted with this service company. I feel like I was scammed.
My GE fridge/freezer stopped cooling everything (probably during the night) and on Monday morning my floor was soaked from all the ice cubes melting and everything in the freezer was thawed. The fan was blowing air, but it wasn't cool air.
I tried calling around to find someone who could come to look at it to see what the problem was. Every place I tried was either no longer in business or booked up and one place told me that I could make an appointment for the following week. This is during a heat wave too!
Todd T***** answered my call and came out to my house around 6 hrs later to see what the problem was. He said that he needed $100 for the service call and another $470.93 in cash for the part and labor that was needed and said ""I promise I will be here early Thursday morning to put the part in ""
Thursday came - no Todd. I called 3 or 4 times and kept getting a recorded message which I left messages on for someone to call me know when he was coming. I called the same number #315-898-7587 that he gave me.
I called the number that evening again around 6:30pm and lo and behold - Todd T***** answers the phone and says that he just got the part and would be able to come tomorrow morning (which would be Friday 7/23/22) he said that ""if I can't make it in the morning - I'll be there at 5:30pm.""
Friday morning came and went with no word from Todd T. . The sequence of events then went as follows:
Friday morning - no Todd.

Friday afternoon : Todd finally shows up around 4:30pm. He said that it would only take a few minutes to install the new part. He spent 30-40 minutes .
He finally comes to talk to us stating ""I have bad news - I can't get the panel to communicate with the rest of the fridge and I need to get another part to get the fan working "". I looked at him in shock and said that the fan was working fine, to which he replied that the fan was never working.

He said that he had to go out to his truck to find out how much more it was going to cost to get the part and said that he didn't think that he'd be able to find one but he said that he might have that part in his office.
** This is now almost 5:30pm on Friday **
Todd T***** then goes out to his truck and my partner and I watched in shock as he sped out of my driveway and up the street!
2 minutes after he sped off, he called from the same phone number that I have been calling.
He said that it would cost another $75 for the labor plus the cost of the part. I asked him up front on the phone to let me know when he could finish fixing the refrigerator and to keep me informed about everything. He said ""absolutely I will, when I get back to my office I will let you know, then you can decide if you want me to fix it or maybe you should consider just getting a new refrigerator"".
Those were the final words and the last contact that I had with Todd T*****. He just left my fridge in the middle of my kitchen!

After Todd sped off - I started to do my research and watching YouTube videos and
was able to get the fridge working perfectly! I was just waiting to hear back from Todd from then until today 7/29/22 (a full week of not hearing back from him)
On July 29th at 5:45pm, I called Todd T***** to ask for a receipt. He answered the phone immediately and I told him that I wanted him to send me an itemized receipt. At first he couldn't remember who I was or what service he was here for. After telling him about the problem I had, he suddenly said "" oh I remember now, you're the one who has MS.""
I again asked for a receipt to which he stated - ""you already have it"". I said all that I have is a service contract with the diagnostic fee of $100 and the findings followed by the cost of parts and labor $470.93. I have nothing that says that I paid a total of $570.93.

He argued saying that ""that is the receipt that you and I signed and it says paid "" I told him that it doesn't say anything about being paid and again he said ""yes it does"" I told him that it didn't and then he said ""have a good evening"" CLICK! He hung up on me! I immediately called the number back and got the recorded message again.

I am writing this to warn others about this person/company.
I really feel like I was scammed out of at least $300.
Since this nightmare began, I have done more research on this ""company"". I have read 2 similar complaints about
Todd T***** from elderly women.

I also looked up the price of the converter board for my refrigerator and at most the part ranged from $130 to $170.
That's only part of why I feel scammed.
Hindsight being 20/20 - and after all this grief, I'm inclined to think that he would have taken my fridge to sell it himself!

Came to repair LG refrigerator. Told us that fridge needs a new mother board which is $706 . We decided to have secong opinion.. Turns out that mother board is fine , fridge needed a new compressor relay ($22) ... We will never use Aplus Services again.

1 star: They did come as scheduled.
Unfortunately I did not ask for an estimate for the cost of replacing a dryer belt. The work included putting a pully back in place and replacing the belt to the amount of $380.00. Labor cost for that one hour - $260.00. My advice - get an estimate. The national average is $200.00 or so total for this type of work. Lesson learned.

owner came to our house on a Friday to inspect broken washing machine. Told us it needed a $500 repair. paid up front as he ""needed the money to buy the parts"". not a good decision. did return Monday, ""fixed"" machine that broke two minutes after he left. did not return calls for days and then when he did call back he explained ""gosh, sorry, nothing I can do"". not a good series of events and just do not trust this guy, never again

Came to repair Maytag, refrigerator. After a $250 part and service charge for thermostat, fridge still did not work. After ten days, 3 phone calls and two emails, they finally returned my call and I was told they would return that afternoon at 4 or early the next morning. No show, no call to say why. Two more calls to them and it has now been five days with no no response at all. My only option is to give this review as they refuse to answer my calls or emails. Terrible business decision. If I could I would give zero stars.

This company is very professional and knowledgeable! We called them on a Saturday evening because our furnace went out and they called us back within twenty minutes. They came out immediately, but could not get our old furnace working. They contacted their local wholesaler and a new furnace was installed the following day. Awesome work guys! I would highly recommend this company.
