Juan and Miguel are the best!!!! They fixed a kitchen drain issue for us last year. I called them out again today to clear out a French drain from our cellar to the street and they also fixed a cracked/leaky pipe that I just noticed today.

Juan met the tenant's friend, who had taken the afternoon off to meet him, inspected the situation and announced that the kitchen faucet is leaking and needs to be replaced. - We knew that.
Juan declared that he does not have faucets and will not buy faucets in case the homeowner disagrees with his style. - Bad
I called the office and asked James why he would send a tech to the property to install a faucet without a faucet. He replied that he would call the tech. - Good
Juan called and explained that he does not and will not buy any kind of basic kitchen faucet to put in this rental, but if I will drive three hours to Hayward or if the tenant's friend will go buy one somewhere and bring it back, he will install it. - Very, very, very bad

James read this review and called to try to make it up to me. He offered to go buy a basic faucet because he understands an out-of-area landlord just needs something reliable and cannot haul down to buy parts for the plumber. - Good

I declined his offer as I had already scheduled another plumber.

My shower was severely clogged and I tried to take matters into my own hands! Needless to say I used so much bleach I had to warn them that I wasn't trying to kill them! I called and they were at my house in less than two hours! They worked quickly and solved my problem right away! I'm even more happy that they take credit/debit cards so I didn't have to go to the bank! I'm thankful and they have a new customer for life! Thank you again!

Fantastic service! They called back just a couple of hours after my message, and called again a couple of hours before the appointment itself to confirm. They arrived on time, finished in the amount of time they had estimated to install 2 toilets, and had extra parts with them when one of the valves was too tight, and the hose connection too short. Both Juan and Miguel made very effort to leave the areas looking neat and clean, and to make sure toilets were balanced, lids were on straight, etc. They also gave us advice about using the new low-flow toilets. All in all, a completely pleasant and hassle-free experience!

Completely unhappy with the $425 that was quoted to do the work. Took no more than an hour and a half and the parts were all PVC as cheap as they come. They only get a 2 instead of a 1 because they were quick to respond and on time. Go somewhere else!

I had a water inlet valve seize on house these guys were johnny on the spot. Valve fixed within 1 hour and gone.Can not say enough, just great service and very fair on price.

I call them to clean my clogged kitchen drain. It had been serviced by another plumber who cleaned the drain with cable. But it kept clogging even after cleaning. So I called around to find another solution. APLUS quote me lowest price for pressure washing.
The came out promptly on the same day, and did the good job. They also gave me decent warranty of 60 days.
