So impressed by this gentleman and his nephew. They came at the end of Friday, as a response to my calling them with an urgent leak, and did amazing work. Not only did they explain the options to us, but they quoted the work clearly and explained everything that we needed to do. It is a delight to find such professionals and I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

I had a problem where water was backing up into my showers/toilets and it was quite the minor catastrophe! I called a 3 of the highest rated places on yelp, but it was APLUS who responded the fastest (point!) When they came out they were super friendly and didn't give me any hardsell on additional services (another point!). The service was completed expediantly, and when I had a follow up issue, they came back on site (on a Sunday! ) in the same friendly and expediant manner. Very much recommended.

We discovered a leak in our water line two days before the July 4th weekend. After running into issues (including non-returned calls) with three plumbers we know, I called APLUS and James got back to me within an hour. He met me at the house Friday afternoon, gave me a bid to replace the leaking cast iron pipe with copper and said they could begin/complete the work on Saturday morning. Today he and Miguel did just that. Totally professional with no problems, excuses or drama. The next time I need a plumber, APLUS is the company I'll call. The next time someone I know needs a plumber, APLUS is the company I'll recommend.

I had a dishwasher breather that was coughing up water. I called Aplus and Juan came out a day later. He covered his shoes and promptly fixed my issue in about 20 minutes and for a fair price. He also advised me how to prevent other such issues from happening in the future.

I will not hesitate to call Aplus again with any plumbing issues.

APlus will be handling all my plumbing needs from now on. While I was away, my main became clogged and the person who was housesitting for me called a major outfit that charged a lot and suggested I would need a lot more work. When I got home, I called APlus on the basis of reviews that I saw on yelp. Juan answered and was at my house within 30 minutes. Within an hour, he had run the camera through the lines multiple times, climbed under my house and showed me clearly what was going on. He explained my options and didn't advocate for the most expensive one. In the end, he charged me less than the one who had come to the house while I was away and made sure that I understood exactly what was done and why. The rave reviews that I had read were absolutely accurate.

Very happy with the service I got from Aplus. I managed to snap a pipe out front of our house while wrangling with our hose. Within 20 minutes of calling, I had Juan and Jose out and they immediately got to work. They fixed the issue within 2 hours and we were able to shower that night.
