Juan and Miguel are my plumbing super heroes! Someone in our house who shall remain nameless put the contents of a full container of KFC coleslaw down our garbage disposal. It caused our drain to back up. I called APLUS this morning before 6:00AM and got a call back to schedule a same day appointment at 7:30AM. The man told me someone would be here between 3PM and 5PM. Juan and Miguel were at my door at exactly 3PM, the quoted arrival time. They were informative, patient with my questions, honest, funny and did a great job snaking my drain...50+feet. It works perfectly now! There was a lot of grease in the line that they got out and everything is flowing beautifully. They also checked under my house to make sure everything was sound and it was! I LOVE these guys. I will always use them for my plumbing needs from now on! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Juan and Miguel!!!

Called at 5:51pm and Juan showed up QUICK! He snaked the drain and was done by 6:30! Everything is working fine and he's super nice! Fast and friendly service!!

I had some serious issues with my plumbing. Both bathroom tubs and bathroom toilets were stopped up, and the still water brought a horrible smell to the entire house. I tried to go with my warranty company to get this handled, but they were going to charge me a ridiculous amount. I googled the best plumbers in Hayward and APLUS Plumbing was the first result. We called in and they came within a couple of hours. They not only gave me a lower and more reasonable price, they got to work right away! I must say this is the best plumbing experience I've had in my 20+ yeas of being in Hayward. I'd most certainly recommend this company to anyone in the area. I had a leaking toilet The plumber came on the first day and said I had a leaking flush valve. He said it will cost more to replace it and I should just replace the whole toilet. I went to Home Depot and bought a new toilet. It was heavy so I left it in the trunk of my car. The plumber came the next day and took the toilet out of my trunk and installed it. He broke the old toilet into small pieces so that it will fit in the garbage can. He pushed the garbage to the curve because it was too heavy for me to move

I had a clog in my sewage line and sewage backup came up in the tub when we flushed the toilet. This is the only place that can come by and check it out in an hour. The other places I had to wait more than 3 hours or even the next day for another person to stop by. I recommend their speedy service which I learned today is hard to come by.

We have a two story house. There was a leak in a drain line from the top floor. There was a cracked fitting that needed to be replaced in a 3 inch PVC line. The pipes were accessible from the lower floor via a drop ceiling.

Pros:
On time.
Work done well and quickly. Very thorough.

Cons:
Seems expensive. $650 for 2 plumbers for 2 hours to replace the fitting.
I would recommend an online quote before they come out.

Juan showed up earlier than expected found where the leak was from and repaired. I refered him to my brother who had a leaky food disposal. My brother was happy with the disposal replacement too.

I asked for free estimate on noises that i heard from toilet water tank. He gave me the time frame that he will come for check it out. He showed up right on time. He put on shoe covers. Very polite. Told me what is wrong and suggest me i can even fix it myself. So i took his suggestion. Went to hardware store. Fixed the toilet. I would use this APLUS plumbing service and i recommend anyone who wants to use them. I guess first impression goes a long way.

Great service from them! Juan and Miguel were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, polite, and not afraid to go into your crawl space if they have to in order to give you an accurate estimate! Had them replace an antiquated drain pipe from underneath the home. Saw significantly improved draining from washer and kitchen area. Highly recommend them!
