Called Aplus on 8/31 and left a message for my water heater repair. Never got call back. I don't know how they got 100% response rate.

Update: after I post this review I got a call from Aplus and the lady apologized for not returning the call due to some reason. Hopefully they won't have this kind of glitch in the future. Thanks for the call back.

I had a slow draining kitchen sink, so I looked up the highest rated plumbers in my area and found APLUS Plumbing. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to come out that afternoon for a free estimate and fix the issue. Right on time, Eduardo showed up and was able to run the electric snake through my cleanout and fix the issue quickly and without further complication. He gave me a fair price and was in and out in 30 minutes with the drain completely cleared! I was very satisfied with the service. Thanks Eduardo and APLUS Plumbing!

Very prompt and professional service! I had a broken and disconnected garbage disposal, causing a leaky kitchen sink. I called A Plus plumbing this morning at 9am, Eduardo arrived at 10am to give me a free estimate (exactly when they said they would), and I had a shiny new working disposal by 11:30. No more leaks or worries! These people are as good as the yelp reviews indicate and as an earlier reviewer hinted, you have to be impressed by the vast number of reviewers. Thank you again Eduardo for an excellent job!

Eduardo did a fantastic job. Our sink had been plugging up for years and no amount of Drano was gonna clear it. The pipe was corroded so Eduardo went under the house and replaced one section of pipe and replaced all the piping up to the sink. Instead of just snaking out the sink he correctly replaced what was needed. We can't thank them enough .

303 (now 304) 5 Star reviews should tell you all you need to know about these guys.. but they're worth the time to write about... unbelievably amazing plumbing service !!! These guys know their craft, are committed to customer satisfaction, and it shows. James and Juan helped me out with some serious plumbing issues I was dealing with, and I am so glad I found them.

I had dealt with weeks of frustration dealing with our home warranty company that kept sending subpar plumbers to work on the plumbing for a property I just purchased. Not only was it hard to get someone out, the people that actually made it, actually caused more damage than they fixed. All three toilets at the property weren't flushing properly, and the home warranty guy showed up, cracked one of the toilets (that leaked all over the floor and seeped through the ceiling below), and said the problem was with the ""sewer vents"" and could not be fixed by him.

Fast forward three weeks and countless hours on the phone with the home warranty and plumber they sent... and finally the tank leak started to damage the ceiling in the room below (which was a blessing in disguise)... I called the home warranty emergency line, was able to get emergency approval on finding my own contractor, called these guys, and all of my problems sorted themselves out within 24 hours..

Juan showed up promptly, even though it was an after hours call... he wore booties over his shoes in the house to protect my new carpet without me even having to ask (the last guy wouldn't take off his shoes and didn't come with booties and threatened to end the job)... he looked at the toilet causing the leak, identified the issue, explained everything to me in a way anyone could understand, and even checked out the other two toilets and diagnosed them all as needing to be replaced.. he also explained how the last plumbers opinion of the Sewer vent being the problem could not be possible.. he left me feeling confident that I now had a plan of action... he didn't charge me a consult fee even though it was an emergency call, and left me with a quote.. along with some advice on which toilets are best/long lasting...

Next day I called the warranty folks, forwarded the quote, and got everything in line for approval. James, as busy as he is, took ten minutes to get on a conference call with me to verify issues with warranty company.. thanks to James, the warranty company finally gave me full approval to change all three toilets..

Now, 24 hours after my initial call.. 2 of 3 toilets have been changed to high efficiency, water saving toilets (one of which I'm sitting on as I write this, and boy is it nice)... the third toilet is a special order, since the tank needs to be under a certain height to fit under the counter (Juan was sure to point this out during his initial visit, which helped me with ordering the right one)....

Super honest, fast, reliable, and trustworthy.. 2 toilets hanged within an hour.. a day after my call.. while they're busy as all hell.. and even flexing their schedule to accommodate my ""I need this now"" attitude (I had already taken the day off work), when they initially tried to schedule me for Saturday.. these guys know what they're doing, and it shows..

James and Juan are like the real life equivalent of Mario and Luigi.. if there ever was one.. my super heroes... thank you guys so much, and see you next week for the final install.

My bathroom sink was leaking so I called them around 830am. They answered promptly and told me they would send somebody around 10-12. Eduardo Navorro showed up promptly around 10:10am! He took a look at it and let me know what the issue was and about how long it would take. He told me he had to go get a part in Newark ( I'm in Hayward) and was happy he returned very quickly. He took care of the bathroom and let me know my main water valve outside and the pipe needed a fix (which I knew). He took care of it and was very quick as well. Eduardo was very polite,friendly, and prompt with his work! They know what they are doing.
I will definitely be calling APLUS for any plumbing issues that may arise in my home in the future. There is a reason why they are rated so highly! Thank you Eduardo for the excellent and quick work that let me get in with my day and fixing my problem!

Have had A+ out to house three times, each time outstanding service and results. At the house within an hour of call today and repaired a leaking toilet quickly. (replaced seal). Juan & Miguel always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Juan and crew are excellent. I've had them clear sewer line blockages and today they restored the water line to my fridge ($550) and replaced the old pressure valve ( I think that's what it's called, $450) on the main water line to the house. Nice, courteous, and efficient! I recommend them!

I hired A Plus Plumbing to fix a leaky outdoor faucet and was so impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and positive energy, that I decided to hire them the following week for a waterline installation to fully maximize our refrigerator's features. Scheduling was quick and flexible. Juan and Miguel showed up a few minutes early for both jobs. The work was completed efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the results. Submitted a request for a quote on Yelp for a pressure regulator and shower head installation, and James quickly responded to coordinate a time for Juan to come by to take a look. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and set up a time to come back to do the work in a couple of days.

Juan and Miguel again arrived on time, did their plumbing magic (and I mean magic - cutting, fitting, soldering - oh my!) within the scheduled time frame, and left me with clear instructions on how to finish the shower install once drywall and tile are in!
