I called up Pablo of APK Plumbing because of the grear reviews I saw right here. I needed help for my water softener, reverse osmosis system and dryer hookup. He got the dryer hookup done but said he needed to research about my water purifier and reverse osmosis system, which I totally understand and was perfectly okay with.

One week passed. He hasn't called back. I had to call him back and he said he still has no info. 2 weeks passed. Havent heard anything, had to call him back, same thing. I really don't know what I paid him for and I hate how I have to keep calling him instead of him calling me back. So basically all he did for me was dryer hookup, which he also charged me extra for btw.

Called him 3rd time because I decided to install a new reverse osmosis system and wanted to get a quote from him. His FINAL quote is still much more expensive than other plumbers i called (ended up using San Gabriel Plumbing and they did a great job).

Anyway, I normally don't write 1 star reviews but really felt the need to for Pablo of APK Plumbing. One thing I can say is he very articulate and is a good salesman but my experience working with him left me feeling frustrated, cheated and ripped off.

Earlier this year, our water company was giving out free high efficiency toilets. I'm Asian & I can't refuse ""free"" even if I've never installed a toilet in my life. Feeling like a professional plumber after watching 3 YouTube Videos, I installed the first of 2 toilets without a hitch.

Unfortunately, our second restroom had a broken flange and we could not get the toilet secured to the floor... so I looked up more plumbing videos on YouTube, this time deciding that I didn't have the tools or time to replace the flange.

I came to Yelp to find a plumber to replace the broken flange. Pablo always answered his phone and despite it not being an emergency, he was able to make it out the same day. His pricing was right in the middle of the other 4 quotes I received by phone.

Pablo was easy to talk to and encouraged me to watch while he worked. He explained what he was doing, as he was doing it. Since I had to get a plumber to come out, the free toilets ended up not being ""free"" at all, but I was very pleased with the service that APK provided and would recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Needed a plumber in the BP area, and APK Plumbing was the first one listed on Yelp. Upon reading reviews, I decided to give them a call. All the reviews were true. Pablo called right away and was very accommodating to schedule a convenient time to check out the situation. My mom and I were very happy with the service given. Pablo and Orlando were very courteous and friendly. The price was very reasonable, and service was done promptly and correctly with our water heater. They were very nice to explain to me what service was done and to contact if we have any questions. We now have a local plumber. Highly recommended.

Badly needed a plumber. My area is west co and he is from Baldwin park but accompdated me. I dont know any plumber so i went to yelp and bumped into many numbers. I had a friend refer someone who was a no show for 2 days. This was Not the case with Pablo. Pablo was very professional! He was timely and very courteous. He also called to let me know when he was on his way. He told us exactly what was wrong and quickly took care of the problem and clean up the mess when he was done. I read the good reviews about APK Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give the company a try. I live out of the area and needed to maintain my family member's home so didn't know anyone locally. Pablo phoned back quickly, had an appt opening to size up the front main leak and gave me a quote - all while I was out doing errands. I gave him the go ahead because I felt his price was fair. When I arrived at the house, he and his worker, Orlando, were wrapping it up - did a fantastic job - and so I had Pablo fix the inside leak as well. I was very pleased with Pablo's work, his price and his professionalism. He responded quickly to my call and kept me informed. I'll definitely use him again!

I had a slow draining bath tub, called Pablo he arrived at the appointed time checked out the problem, gave me a reasonable price and completed the job in a very short time. He also made a quick adjustment on a kitchen faucet for us. Pablo is friendly,reliable and efficient and his prices are reasonable, I will call him the next time I need a plumer and recomend him to my neighbors.
