I initially gave the company a good review but 3 weeks later my entire front yard was a hot mess so I changed my review, today Brett came by and straightened it all out. While in my frustration I complained about the yard it was never the quality of the work. But I am thankful we could get together and make it all happen.

I first contacted the company after my pipes started to back up into my house. They sent a plumber out who started digging holes trying to find where to snake the pipe I believe. I get a phone call from them saying the pipes were bad. When I first bought this house maybe 3 years ago I had some of the piping redone but I can't testify for the person who did the job so I can totally see him doing a so-so job that held up about 3 years. When Brett the owner of Apexxx plumbing and I spoke he recommend some options all over $1,000 and some version of a repipe wether it was complete or partial. I told him I will think about it. I had a second plumber come out and look at the pipes, unfortunately Apexxx plumbing did not leave the pipes properly covered so by the time the second plumber got there they were filled with dirt. His inspection led him to not know if the pipes went bad or if they were broken by the shovel. but regardless the holes were filled with dirt. He quoted me similar to Apexx in options but more in price. I decided to call other plumbing companies just for a quote. The previous guy mentioned was about $1,000 more, the next 2 companies were about double the price of Apexx. so Apexx had the cheapest price and mostly good reviews online. Brett was super polite, friendly, and explained things well. They also offered financing which other companies didn't have. On politeness, price, and payment options a 5/5. Now comes to the actual project. I was given inconsistent timelines. Something always came up and wouldn't be communicated to me. I would have to go hunting between calling, texting Brett and the office. I understand things come up but I think a text or phone call would be nice. I would say the project took twice as long as originally quoted time wise. Now for me this wasn't a big deal I was scared of the uncertainty but my timeline was flexible. If this is a deal breaker for you, you should keep this in mind. The price was still worth it. What's also awesome about them is they had to cut into the concrete and they have their own equipment to do so. So they were able to get into my driveway and pour it back. Again the time line was stretched but it was nice not having to involve another company. My final complaint would be even though they did pour the driveway, they left the previous pieces at my front yard. These pieces are several 1000lbs and only a different company would be able to haul this away. I reached out to Apexx several times and I just received empty promises of coming back to get it. Would I use them again? Sure but I would factor in more into my decision making, such as a flexible timeline and a second company to haul away debris. The pipes are good, they redid the gas and all of it is working great and no problem at all. All this was done financed and the most affordable of the area.

I called this company for a shut off valve leaking and water all over my floor from another undetermined source. Bret and a helper came out and could not find where the leask was coming from but said they would come the next morning between 8-10. A few minutes after 10, I called them and he said he would be there in 20 minutes but we decided on an hour. Called them again at 12pm and he said there were going to lunch and would be there after. By 1pm he did not come and I cancelled. Had another plumber come but that's another story. He found my outside spicket had not been turned all the way off and was running water. Called Apex again the next day and was told Mr. Bradley would come early evening. +He never showed. I would up fixing it myself and saved the money.
