Be sure to watch their return policy. You only have 30 days. Given the current situation with finding workers..and them actually showing up when they say they are...it's difficult to get a return back in only 30 days! We returned the item as soon as we could. We definitely won't be back!

Very poor customer service.
I try to support local business as much as possible, so I went in to get a part but did not have a mask. They offered it to me to make a purchase but also charged me for the mask. I only noticed it after already paid. Needless to say, I have returned the part and got a refund, minus the mask. Ordered the same part on line for 30% cheaper.
The first thing this manager should learn is "It is cheaper to keep a customer than to acquire a new one".
I won't be back.

My wife returned a part that was paid for with a credit card. They took the card to process the credit at a computer and did not return the credit card. My wife did not notice and left. The same day, they called the credit card company and claimed to have found the credit card so that it would be cancelled. How about holding on to the card until the customer returns to collect it instead of causing the massive disruption of getting a new card issued?!?!?
