I built my own house for the second time in my life. Of course, it is a headache. The easiest part of the entire process was picking my plumbing thanks to Suzanne. She walked me through every piece of plumbing and truly held my hand throughout the build. I'm so thankful for her help. She's a true pro! We even had issues due to Covid and she helped me rush parts and hit every deadline. I highly recommend APEX. Make sure to ask for Suzanne.

I just can't recommend this place enough. I stumbled in here a year ago via a friend recommendation and never got around to reviewing but their recent service has reminded me of the importance to do so. Whether I buy something or not, these guys are always helpful. In particular Jeff is always at the counter and is ready to step in even if one of the others are doing so... just to make sure I'm good. I'm a novice but he treats me like a professional taking the time to explain things. If you're on the hunt for plumbing supplies or plumbing knowledge- Jeff and Apex are a must see.

Very rude, two guys at the counter and everything was negative, we probably don't have it, no maybe try somewhere else, I ask where and they say look it up online!!! One thin and one heavy both hispanic working at 1:50 on Thursday May 21, 2020!

I have been remodeling my home and Suzanne has been there every step of the way. It is invaluable to have someone that is so extremely knowledgeable and helpful to guide me in making the right choices, not only from a design perspective but also for my budget. I am a forever customer!!!

Not really knowing what I needed for my bathroom remodel I went to Apex and was lucky enough to work with Suzanne. She had some great ideas for what we needed. She was friendly and professional. Our bathroom is complete and we love all the recommendations that she made.

Today was my third bad experience with Apex. I cannot begin tell you how bad their customer service is. The sales women are rude and arrogant. It's confusing where to pay and where to pick up and it's like they enjoy watching customers fumble for where to go or what their procedures are. I bought two shower faucets online from another company because they were a cheaper price. I needed a valve for the shower so I called and they had it when I went to get it the sales lady started giving me the third degree about buying it some place else. She had already done this to me three weeks earlier when we redid the other shower. Today I stopped her mid sentence and told her I wanted to purchase my part if she had it I was not concerned with her opinions on where I purchase other items for my home. She claimed she was concerned for my warranty. She was really concerned about running her big mouth. There are so many complaints on yelp about this staff. I spoke to the owner today and he genuinely seemed sorry that this had happened. We have been remodeling our home while living in it for 6 weeks so today when treated like this I broke down and cried in the store and I was shaking from being so upset. This women would never work in any business I owned. What's funny is I was about to tell her how nice she looked. Ha. Well I do own two business. I have built two homes in 18 months and I will not be doing business with Apex any longer. Life is too short to deal with people like that. Fool me once but not the fourth time. Btw, Apex I have a friend who just lost her job who is beautiful, friendly, nice, funny, hardworking and outgoing. She would be perfect for your front desk sales job. Ya know the one right by the window. Lots of people out of work right now so now would be the time to clean house and rebuild these reviews. Wouldn't it be amazing if people loved to shop with you and y'all made their life easier. Building and remodeling is hard, making it a pleasure lightens the load.

I'm using Yelp for the 1st time just to share my shopping experience with Apex Supply. My sales lady was Teresa at the Oak Lawn location. She was very helpful, taking the time to do initial research to ensure I was getting the correct products. And when I contacted her after the sales, she took additional time to do research and provide answers. It's important how a seller addresses concerns and questions before a sale, but even more importantly after the sale. I'm very impressed with how responsive and helpful Teresa has been. Awesome! Thank you, Teresa!

Great service! I went in with no idea about plumbing and needed lots of guidance. Keith was incredibly patient and helpful! I have already been back and will return for our next remodel.

We have used Apex before and the experience was not to bad but this time it was complete mess. My husband and I went to look for a new Tub and fixtures as we had to remodel a bathroom. It all started when we arrived to the showroom with a rep ask if we needed something. Just the way she said it was like are your lost and do you really need to be here. When someone else asked if we needed some help we finally got a quote that was over $3k on a tub and fixtures.
We had to come back the next day as the person that helped us was not official sales rep but he did get us something. I went back to order the items that we wanted to only find out that we had been miss quoted and it was going to be about $300 dollars more. We expressed or concern and all they said was well you got good prices and if I had quoted you these it would have been a lot more so you should be thankful.
Finally we got the order placed and after 2 and 1/2 weeks we received our parts. After starting to all the work to get things installed we found out that one of the parts they sold us was really not what we needed. We needed a 6 way diverter and not a 3 way diverter to make sure all the parts worked as we wanted it to work.
APEX customers rely on you to sell them the correct items to make it all work. We are now going to have to return a part and order a new spout and from what I am hearing it's going to cost us even more money.
Only time will tell if they get this next order correct and if they try to charge me for not selling me the right parts.
I am in sales for a software company and if I had misquoted something I would have work out a way to not charge the client for my my mistakes.
During all this whole process we called with questions and where looking for updates and I guess they have forgotten how customer service works and would never return calls.
If you go to them in person then be prepared to be disappointed and to not get your calls returned. I can only assume they are more interested in working with designers than REAL CUSTOMERS.
I would look around Dallas to see if there are other options before going back to Apex Plumbing in the Design District.
HINT: take someone with you that knows what you really need so that the parts are ordered correctly.
Good Luck!

My wife and I had a very bad experience at Apex this weekend. We were shopping for a new kitchen faucet. We were eventually helped by Suzanne. We asked for pricing on a number of faucets. She never returned to give us the pricing - when we eventually found her, she asked if we had "made up our mind", despite never giving us any pricing details. She fumbled through a number of quotes on various faucets - unclear why it would be so hard to figure this out. We decided to purchase a kitchen faucet as ours was broken and we needed a replacement sooner than later and they happened to have a version in stock. The original price was $1,100 and she quoted me a price of $899. I found a similar faucet online for $800 and showed her the listing. She responded by saying "I am insulted you would show this to me". Yes, a sales rep at a plumbing supply store in 2019 was insulted by a customer trying to price match online. I was really taken aback by how completely rude and extremely unhelpful this woman was. She was insulted? By someone buying a $1,000 kitchen faucet? Give me a break. Go elsewhere.
