If I could give them more stars I would. On Sunday, I woke up with a flooded front yard. I spent the next 6 hours digging to find the source, finally giving up and started looking for help. On Monday a guy from Champion AC and Plumbing came out and quoted me $8.9k to fix it as he said we needed to completely re-run the line.
My wife and I were freaking out and started calling around and I am so grateful we reached Apex. Derek and Angel arrived the next day actually 10 min early and got straight to work finding the source and fixing our problem for a fraction of the costs. They both were extremely hard-working and helpful. My next plumbing issue I am going straight to Apex!

They installed a commercial water heater since our business was in need of a replacement (I tried to work with 2 other companies with not so good results) They quickly installed one the same day, left past 10pm and Nate wanted to make sure everything was right so he came back the next morning to finish the job! It was a great relief to have the Apex team respond to my call for a leaking water heater. Nathan checked to see if damage was being done to my home and if so offered to come out right away to turn off water to unit, fortunately that was not necessary. They installed the new unit that afternoon and all was back to normal. You should save this contact for all of your plumbing needs. I put in a request for quotes from Yelp. Apex was the only one to offer a number without asking to send someone over during COVID which was appreciated. It was a fair price so I opted to skip the other quotes in response to this little touch.

The crew was on time and friendly. I have a rather large dog and they were both friendly with him even as he was being a bit shy.

I was looking to replace the valve on my shower system to set me up to finish the job replacing the remaining hardware.

They looked at the current situation and suggested a repair instead of replacement cutting the cost of their quote in half.

They ended up spending less than an hour and saw the hardware I was going to replace later and instead opted to install it as part of their quoted rate.

Today was one of those rare rainy days in Texas. Not only did they leave a clean workspace, they took the time to wipe the floor on their way out to clean up the little bit of rain that had followed them in. Even after I told them that wasn't needed (really, it wasn't bad at all), they insisted they clean up before heading out.

From quote request to completion, it was under six hours, under budget, and looks great.

I've looked for a long time for a plumbing company that did everything correctly. Apex is that company. They are prompt, professional, excellent in the performance of their work, courteous, and their prices are fair.
They installed two water heaters for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They even scheduled a followup visit two days after the installation to make sure everything was still perfect! When is the last time any service company did that for you, and this was after getting paid?

I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job you will ever need. They repaired my drain pipe. My drain pipe had tree roots in it, and it was broken. They did all the digging and repaired the pipe perfectly. They took the time to leak check it, and they offer the best and longest warranty I've been able to find. They also have the most competitive pricing I was able to find. They were very informative and very professional. There is really no reason to ever call anyone else. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. I am one happy and very satisfied customer! Thank you Apex!

I had a terrible experience with another plumber, so Apex was my bounce back. Nathan was prompt, professional, detail oriented and highly knowledgeable. He followed through and did what he said he would. The previous plumber had left me high and dry without a kitchen sink for ten days. Nathan picked up the work where they left up and had me up and running in two days. A great experience and I would highly recommend him!

Maybe my quote details got lost? They said they were very busy, will send it soon. But it has been two weeks since my appointment to bid my project, and never received a quote. I did send them reminders. So I can't say whether they do a good job because I never got the opportunity.
