Our hot water heater had an end of life event at 5am. We called several places around 7:30 and Geoff responded quickly. He was at our house around 10:30. Was amazingly able to find a replacement 75 gallon tank and had old removed and new installed by 4pm. Really good guy, and knows what he's doing top to bottom. Great communication and would absolutely recommend using Apex and Geoff for all your plumbing needs.

We had a blocked pipe inside our house that prevented our sump pump from ejecting water to the sewer. It was a tricky situation given that the check valve had broken and debris had blocked the pipe. Geoff and Angel came within 30 minutes and assessed the situation efficiently. They discussed the recommended plan (and potential complexities) and communicated clearly about pricing (which was very fair). They were able to solve the problem and thoroughly tested the system repeatedly before they declared the problem fixed. They were also very careful inside and respectful not to damage anything unnecessarily. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I will definitely call them again in the future for any additional needs. Truly a professional team.

I had a significant sewer issue in a newly-purchased home that nobody really knew the full scope of.
After a horrible experience with another contractor, and a big name plumber unable to come inside of a week and a half, Apex was able to show up within a few days, quickly diagnose the problem, and form a plan of action with a reasonable estimate.
When the dig started and the full scope of the problem became apparent, a 1-day job turned into 3. But Chuck and the crew kept me updated at every step with clear explanations of what, why, and how.
Everyone I dealt with was punctual, friendly, and hard-working.

I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

Geoff was awesome! Remely professional, efficient, and very considerate and helpful. He kept on his mask, put on covers for his shoes, moved quickly and explained everything to me on a basic level.
