Geoff was awesome! Remely professional, efficient, and very considerate and helpful. He kept on his mask, put on covers for his shoes, moved quickly and explained everything to me on a basic level. He did everything efficiently and they have reasonable rates. They came promptly after my service call was made yesterday and work with me to get this done quickly.

I have used Apex for big projects as well as for small projects and I highly recommend this company. He also has a great demeanor and spent a few moments to talk to my toddler who kept asking him questions! Ask for Geoff!

I called late on a Thursday night for a leaking kitchen faucet, requesting a Saturday morning, last-minute appointment if possible. Apex called me at 8:00am the very next morning to let me know that they had scheduled me for a 10:00am time window Saturday morning as I requested! Geoff arrived easily within the window, waited with me as I had inadvertently locked myself out of my place and was waiting for an emergency locksmith, removed my faulty faucet and installed a new one which I had purchased earlier, explained what had gone wrong with my previous faucet, was very tidy, was very knowledgeable, was very professional, was very conscientious about shoe coverings and a facemask. I went downstairs to do a load of laundry and noticed water & some type of backup all over my laundry room, utility room and wet carpet inbetween. I didn't know where to start and gave Apex a call. Incredibly professional from the initial call through the service. They arrived in less than 30 minutes!! Quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed Ejector Pump. They had the parts and equipment to service on the spot, provided me with honest options to resolve and quickly got to work. Truly a 5-star experience all around. Friendly service, knowledgeable work and complete transparency. It is a family run business and it shows from the dedication to customer service, being straightforward in explanation and ability to guarantee their work. Last week I procured the services of Apex Plumbing for a modest problem of a leaking toilet base ring and flush valve replacement. I made the appointment with Coordinator Jenny who conscientiously kept me apprised of the 3 hour scheduling window and the arrival time. Upon arrival, Technician Geoffrey RAMOS assessed the problem, made a diagnosis with a full explanation then quickly commenced repairs. I must say, I have never encountered a plumber like Geoffrey RAMOS who is so passionate about his work! Not only is he a gifted and skilled tradesman but his vast knowledge of plumbing history is refreshing, too. I found myself captivated while also being educated by his enthusiasm for his profession. A consummate professional, indeed! Technician RAMOS left a lasting impression as well as a stellar repair job. I am truly glad I chose Apex Plumbing & Sewer as I now finally have a permanent, reliable and, most importantly, trusted company for all my future plumbing and sewer needs!! Our outdoor spigot was leaking and I was hoping to get it fixed quickly because our outdoor watering system for plants is attached to it so needed to keep it on during hot season. I called and someone was able to come out the same day (no extra charge to come so quickly). Geoff was our plumber and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous when he said he had to cut a hole in the ceiling but he made a very minimal, clean cut hole and even offered to vacuum up after! He showed me the how to work my new spigot and charged me what I thought was a very fair price... also it was what he quoted to start with which I appreciate. Highly recommend apex and Geoff!

We had a reoccurring issue with sewage leaking from our drain stack onto the sidewalk near our house. Previously, two different plumbers worked on the problem--the first at a very hefty sum. Jeff of Apex, came out to give us estimate. After thoroughly inspecting the problem, answering my numerous questions and giving me a logical explanation of the problem--I decided Jeff was the guy for the job! He located the root of the problem to a drain pipe in the basement. He rodded it and replaced its outdated seal. I really must highlight my appreciation for Jeff's patience in answering my questions, and educating me about the problem while maintaining his professionalism. If necessary, I'll definitely use Apex again!
