Marco was our plumber and he was with us ALL day and ran to stores and understood and appreciated our wanting top quality parts for the revealed repairs needed.
He is very professional, personable and knowledgeable so we highly recommend asking for him as your tech if you need a service call.

As far as pricing is concerned, we're not shocked by the cost of our repairs and even the preventative instals were warranted and not an ""upscale"". We completely trust Marco's further recommendations we'll tackle at a future time. He's for sure our guy going forward. He also had amazing restaurant recommendations that we've already tried some of and I'll be reviewing them next!

Can't recommend Apex highly enough for plumbing issues. We had frozen pipes and were in a panic. Called Apex who sent out Chas and Jimmy within 30 minutes. They are friendly, straight to the point, and consummate professionals who took the time to carefully look at not only what the issue was but went over all options to fix the problem with the costs explained upfront. Within 2 hours, got the job done and gave practical advice to prevent freezing pipes in the future. Very reasonable price for the excellent service. Grateful to them. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs!

maybe i have a bitter taste in my mouth from the last plumber who no called no showed, but i was once again cancelled on due to more emergent calls. to me, a plumber isn't an emergency room. there are a million plumbers out there and to be cancelled on in favor of a emergency is a company just being greedy. there are literally hundreds of plumbers, have them call someone else. it is completely disrespectful to me to say i'm not important enough to show up for the appointment we had.

Home owner in North Center with broken shower and minimal water pressure. Called Apex last night, Plumber Chas came the following morning. Gave free inspection and estimate immediately and offered to fix problem on the spot. I accepted and he fixed everything and left it better than it was orginally. Apex is my go-to plumbing service. I've used them for years to repair the plumbing in my 108-year-old condo. This time, the bathroom sink was hopelessly clogged with organic sludge. I was happy to see Jon arrive because he has great experience with old buildings and their no-two-are-exactly-alike plumbing systems. He methodically assessed the problem before coming back with the right equipment. Then he went to work, explaining what he was doing and why. From filling and then siphoning the sink, he explained how he could tell where the clog was. Once he rodded the pipe, he repeatedly tested the sink to make sure it drained well, even listening to the pipe for a sound that indicated it was clear all the way to the connecting stack. It's a trick he teaches younger plumbers. Throughout, Jon wiped up any drips from his small wet vac and the detached under-sink pipes. He was also prompt, arriving just when he said he would, and he worked quickly but carefully and thoroughly. And we still had a few minutes to chat. It's clear that the Apex team takes pride in providing their essential services and values their customers.
