All the folks at Apex, especially Roy, have been simply outstanding! Multiple times I've asked questions, and have always received prompt, courteous and professional responses. Most recently when a cold snap froze the entire valley, we still received extremely fast responses! These folks are the best!

I always check reviews first but also understand that pleasing the world can be difficult sometimes and some people are just not happy at all. Therefore, I speak from my own experience. Apex Plumbing are friendly and on time! Ever was professional and communicated concerns right away. He explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and overall he did a great job! My concerns were addressed and my input was taken in consideration when making suggestions! Pricing was adjusted based on minor changes which were in my benefit. I' m very pleased with the services and will hire again!

Very poor character. Took a look at what i needed done. Said they would give me a quote. Called twice to check on status. Never heard back. Poor way to do business. Poor way to treat people.

Called them to inquire about their services and availability and was told that they have the ability to do what it was that I needed done but that they are not going to be able to be available to help me. Totally doesn't make sense of course unless you are trying to destroy the reputation of your Business. I never at any point stated or incinuated that I needed or had to get anything done today let alone right now! In fact I was just inquiring as to whether or not if your company was capable of doing what I needed done but instead you went out of your way to make a big production out of the fact that nobody was in the office and they were all out on calls... which had absolutely nothing to do with my inquiry. However as I have previously mentioned several times, they repeatedly stated how everyone was out of the office on calls (as I was ONLY inquiring about whether or not if they were capable of doing what I needed done) and then she went totally silent for quite a bit of time and that is when I got tired of the fact that you were COMPLETELY & TOTALLY INCAPABLE of comprehending other people in a simple conversation so I hung up rather than continuing in such a miserable exchange!

Huge shout out to Apex Plumbing! Very professional and quick reliable service for a very busy house without water. Would highly Reccomend!!

Had Apex replace some plumbing under my house. When they accessed the pipe in the wall behind the washer instead of using a box knife to make clean cuts they pulled at the drywall and caused excessive damage which now requires that wall to be replaced. When I called to report the damage to the office manager she called me back saying the technician denied tearing the wall apart and said it was like that when they arrived and she believed her technician. She basically called me a liar. This is a rental that has several pictures disputing their claim . To add insult to injury they left a huge mess all over the floor when they tore the drywall.

We needed someone to install a walk in tub. One of the bids we got was from Apex. They won the bid. Upon installation of the tub one of the plumbers complained the entire time stating ""he didn't like these tubs"". Once installed, the chromatherapy light area was leaking. They decided they might void the warranty if they did it wrong. We contacted the manufacturer who told us it would not void it and it was not electrical. They sent us a replacement part. Once it arrived I went to the store to tell them it was there. They informed me they weren't going to touch it. I told them I would find someone else to do the work then. I told them I wanted a refund on the work they didn't complete and the woman who was talking to me said ""Ok"" with a thumbs up action.
I ended up calling another plumber who fixed the problem in less than a half hour. Again stating it was a plumbing issue NOT electrial. While he was there I had him look at the items still needing installation. While doing this he pointed out a scratch and a chip on the tub we had purchased from Apex. They had told us about one of them and assured us it would be covered up by drywall but they DID NOT tell us about the chip. Since the room is being remodeled there is no lighting. The new plumber said it could be buffed out. It looks like a tool might have dropped on it. Apex was the only one who has worked in the bathroom so far. Additionally, the tub water spout piping was off center by 1 inch. I called and asked to speak to whoever was in charge. Was told that was Lindsay and she was out of town till the following week.
If they didn't like doing walk in tubs they shouldn't have given us a bid. Thank goodness we found someone who was able to finish their job.

Very professional, explained things clearly, even suggested tips to keep our system working better. Highly recommend Apex.
