Really wish I would have read the reviews before choosing this company. I called back in October to have a leak fixed, not only was the technician confused on what to do, he told me it was the master bathroom but pulled the hallway bathroom... okay, stuff happens. The leak was supposed to be fixed and I paid the invoice... great.... Not quite. After patching up the hole my tenant advised me it is still leaking. I had them (apex) come out and do a moisture check and they said they found no leak.. after my tenant being very adamant about the leak, I had them come back. The leak was in fact not fixed and it actually WAS the master bathroom that was leaking (the same bathroom that was quoted but untouched). At this point my tenant was annoyed with the process and chose to leave. They (apex) come back out and fix what was quoted and charged me an additional amount. WHY?! What did you fix the first time if the leak was still there in the exact same spot. Fast forward 7 months later I am still in dispute with the Customer Care Advocate team. I keep getting the same generic ""we will forward this message and they will call you back"".. NEVER AGAIN

The job they did was pretty good. It was a Saturday so it cost a $1000.
I had already figured that would be the cost. So no problem with any of that.
My problem was with the guy they sent. He was very condescending in the way he talked to me. He told me my disposal was not a blender and gave me a list of things not to put down the disposal. Nothing I had ever put down it anyway. I am not a young person but it was so insulting to be talked to this way in my own kitchen and the attitude plus the fact that he wasn't here for a clog. I never talked to him the rest of the time he was here and frankly was immensely relieved when he left.

Got next day service for a non working air conditioner .. Pretty sure we called this location. Even came a little early. Bill was very knowledgeable . Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely call Apex again but hope that I don't have to.

What you'll get from Alex plumbing is more of a douche bag used car salesman than a plumber. They are always on the upsell, always on the grift. No doubt they compensate their technicians to sell. Fuck off and do the work you were hired to do and shut the fuck up.

DON'T use Apex pros. Our tech was not licensed, they did not get a permit, or arrange for an inspection after major electrical work. They added an expensive repair, saying it was needed to pass inspection. I did not find what they said on their website to be true. They did not respond to phone calls or emails. 4 weeks after the work is done I had to arrange for an inspection myself. Fingers crossed that it will pass. Don't recommend -would never use them again.

Update: Several things this company ""fixed"" including a leaking pipe from the kitchen sink that leads to the basement plus not changing out the toilet flapper when they allegedly replaced the entire toilet inner workings all had to be corrected by another reputable company that I wish I used from the beginning. Stay away from APEX.

Timely, friendly, and good communication. costs are costs, but they didn't charge for anything but the actual work and parts.
