Wayne H.A+ for response time and getting the work done. F for value. They charged $389 to clear a shower drain.
Fernando ..The technician came and diagnosed the problem with my water heater. He was very courteous and straightforward about the cost of the repair.
The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.
Vickie M.We are owners of a property that is located 524 miles from where we live. It needed some work so I started googling. I had called a few other businesses but Apex's response time was almost immediate and with a fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the property has now been rented. Thanks Apex.
Robert Whitney and his crew came out yesterday to service our water main as it had had a slow leak when we just acquired the house. As a first time home buyer, I was at first worrisome over how long the project would take or if anything may extend it/make it worse, but Robert and his crew alleviated any fears I had by explaining the process, keeping us apprised as needed and being very diligent. They even showed us how important is was to take care of our leak when they found a hole further down the line. This crew deserves a raise and Apex deserves yours consideration if you are looking for any water line work. They were awesome! Would work with again!! Just a shame I can only give 5/5 when they deserve 6/5!!!
Dixie N.My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!
They need to work on their office staff but the gentleman that came out were friendly and in point!
Shawn Scurlock was amazing! He was very professional and efficient and swiftly unclogged my main line. He has a great attitude and put up with my my hovering and questions. I told him his help really made my day! No one likes a problem like this but Apex squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon and their very kind plumber made it a little more bearable. =)
Scott J.My wife and I recently purchased a new home, and upon purchase of our new home our real estate agent gave us an itemized receipt showing that the previous owner had paid in full for a new well that was installed 5 months prior to our purchase of the property.
Since Apex Pro's installed the well just a few months before we had purchased this property, we called them to come out because as we were now the owners of the well we wanted to confirm that the well and it's water were safe to use and drink. We had an Apex Pro service plumber come inspect the well and test the water, and we intended to be set up with a regular service plan.
When the service plumber from Alex Pro's arrived and inspected the well he was astounded that Apex installed it just months prior, as the issues he found with the well were numerous. He listed all the problems, including missing parts, that in turn made the well and it's water a health risk for anyone drinking the water from it. This included that the filters, water conditioners and water softeners where taken back by Apex after they were paid for by and installed for the previous owner, as well as the incorrect installation of the well by Apex Pro's.
Apex Pro's billed the previous owner of the property for $20k in parts and labor for well, but the well was never completed and vital parts to the well had been taken back by the company. These parts were never returned or replaced, even after the owner had paid in full for them as stated by an Apex Pro account assistant ""Todd"". ""Todd"" the Apex account assistant also went on to say that ""the parts that Apex took back were damaged due to water"" when questioned why the parts where missing in the well but shown they were paid for on the receipt.
Todd also went on to inform me that the stated ""Apex Pro's One Year warranty does not apply to this well"". Even though the work and ""missing parts"" that Apex Pro's installed were all listed as covered in the said one year warranty and it's timeframe. - ""Its only get worse""
The previous owner of the property was recently widowed, her husband having passed away just a few months prior to her having the well installed, which she was doing in order to get the property ready to sell. The total was roughly $20k in cost to Apex Pro's to have the well working properly. She paid in full, but the well was never finished, and the parts she paid for were never returned by Apex. You tell me what happened here after reviewing the timeline and service receipts from Apex Pro's. Shame on you.
I hope if you are considering using Apex Pro's that this warning helps you make your decision clearer.
Kevin H.I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a ""free"" look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!
Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.
