Annette O.I realized approximately an hour post-quake that the seal related to our water heater had torn. I made a call assuming we could be lucky to get someone to come out prior to next week.
I placed the call around half-past nine only to find that 19 other clients were ahead of us. I can't explain how they did it, yet they were at our house and fixed the seal by noon.
They only charged their standard fee, super nice, really efficient. They provided an explanation the cause and the area of the seal failed, noting that it was due for replacement after 12 years. They provided the damaged seal and, as if they were plumbing saviors went on to aid the next client.
I won't ever use another plumber. It's APEX Plumbing & Heating for me. I am very pleased. Did I say this occurred just hours post a 7.0 earthquake? Yeah. They are truly exceptional.
