Apex Plumbing came out to re-pipe my entire home. Joe (the owner) walked me through the different materials that he could use and the different options he could offer me for further reducing cost (he was already very fair). He was willing to work with me to secure 12 month 0% financing, something not many companies are willing or able to do. That is HUGE! He also took the time to explain the entire process start to finish, so that I had clear expectations and wouldn't be surprised. It was obvious from the interaction that Joe cares about his clients. Additionally, his employees were courteous and professional, and they do excellent work. I believe that Apex employees are treated well and are happy, and that translates into better work and better experiences for customers. Apex Plumbing does business the right way. I highly recommend them for small or large plumbing jobs. It's tough to find a trustworthy company in the plumbing space, so when you find one it's great to spread the word. Oh and they give a 7 year warranty on all the work.

Arrived same day to my office to fix our fridge. Quoted us on the spot instead of waiting 24 hours was a great addition. Pricing is very affordable. I thought the parts and labor would have cost us over $1k at least.

Overall, everyone I worked with was exceptional. My 6pm initial call was taken with care and I had a plumber on the phone within minutes. Zack spoke with me about the repair and was onsite by 8pm. I was without water because of the problems in replacing my shower handle, and they got me back up and running with water that night. He had to have a team come out the next morning due to some missing pieces, and he wanted to ensure that a high standard was delivered. The team the next morning was just as courteous and professional in completing the last pieces. At the end of the project, everything was completed with quality that leaves me with confidence. I will be using Apex for future needs because of this experience.

Had a situation where we could not remove the washing machine hoses from the spigots in the garage. Called Apex plumbing, they came out in early morning as I requested, and 10 minutes later they had the connectors off! And they gave me a break on the quoted price too! Josh was my plumber, and he was very kind and considerate. I highly recommend and will have them out again when we are ready to buy a new dishwasher!

Had to call twice to set up an appointment. The appointment was given a 2-hour window. After the two hours waiting, I contacted the company and Issa (resectionist?) , came up with, """"Oh, the technician is running behind"""", when I asked why didn't I receive a call to let me know since I was waiting for them for over two hours, she got very rude and hung up phone. I'll never use or recommend this business. Unprofessional and rude!

I thought the technician that came out, Joey, was great. He gave me an upfront contract as far as how much it was gonna cost and guarantee that it would work. First try was a bust because the clog was way deeper in the drain out in the backyard but we worked together to solve it and he busted his hump making sure that it got unclogged. The cost that he told me upfront was what it was in the end despite a couple more hours of labor. I'll definitely use Apex plumbing again. Thank you very much.

We cannot say enough good things about the team at Apex Plumbing. Apex re-piped our entire home's water supply from the city meter, replaced our toilet and removed some old galvanized drain pipe. Pricing was better than most and there were absolutely no surprises. All work and the city inspection was completed in a manner of days. The team was prompt and professional, answered all our questions and did a great job. Thanks Joe, Andrea, Chet, Austin, Brian, Nate, Bobby and Josh!
