Looking at the other reviews, maybe I just got the benchwarmer plumber sent out ?
I needed a shower fixture repaired, which he didn't
do, actually made it worse.
All he did was replace the cartridge & in doing so, the hot was now cold & the cold was hot. The handle was so loose it wouldn't stay in a selected position and would slowly rotate down making the water either scalding hot or freezing cold, depending on where it was initially ""set""
I ended up looking it up on YouTube & fixing it my self.

Great plumbing service. Very knowledgeable people. We had a really complex issue with a Roman tub cartridge in our bathtub and they were able to get it to stop leaking saving us thousands on tile work.

I would NEVER go to another plumber. We had a Grohe Faucet that most plumbers could not deal with. These folks can deal with ALL brands. We had Marcos and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I can't express how happy we are starting with Frankie the first person I talked to. They are AWERSOME, fair prices and professional.

On a recommendation from a plumbing company in Poulsbo who was over booked, I called Apex Pumbing in Bremerton. I left a message asking for a call back as soon as possible. I was very stressed out and after a very negative experience the day before with a 'nationwide ' plumbing company, I have no idea how this would all turn out. Frank called me back in a few minutes. He and his sidekick, Kevin we're at my home within 2 hours to address my plumbing problem.They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, provided excellent customer service, and had my job completed in very short order at a FRACTION of the rate I was quoted the day before!! I am so grateful for Frank and Kevin's assistance!! I would highly recommend Frank and Kevin with Apex Plumbing for any issues that you might have!I know now who I will be calling in the future and I will gladly refer everyone I know to Aex for all their plumbing problems.

Apex was recommended by our contractor, we had a new water heater installed with re-circulation pump & replaced old parts. Frankie, Service Mgr was very good, informative and timely. Eduardo the technician and Chad were very good as well, very thorough and informative. Did a great job and cleaned up ! Very pleased with their work.

These guys are awesome! My carpenter recommended them, which is always a good sign. Although they were totally booked they came over right before Christmas for two last minute emergencies on a remodel- even though we never used them before. They were quick, polite and professional and we will definitely be using them in the future. Marcos was especially helpful but they are all good techs. The only thing I don't love is there are several different departments depending on whether remodeling, new construction or repair, so I feel like initial communication can sometimes be an issue- but once they come over they do a great job.

Quickly set up appointment, courteous on phone. Plumber ""Chad"" called 30 min out, and came on time - which I greatly appreciate. Both he and his co-worker were courteous. Work was done well and quickly for reasonable cost, as well as explaining what they did. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

These guys are the best. Any time I've had to call them over the years they've come through for me. They always focus on getting the job done quickly so I don't get overcharged. Their technician recently had to refer me to another company because the problem was beyond just plumbing. They were nice enough not to charge me for the hour consult.
