I own a rental property that has no basement and has a history of pipe freezes and blocked lines. Apex has worked with me over the years to rectify problems and has always responded promptly and professionally. One example in particular: a heating pipe froze and bust one February, I called Apex at 10p.m. on a Friday night before a three day weekend and Todd, who was the on-call guy, said ""I'll be there in eighteen minutes"". And he was. And he stayed until 2 a.m. until everything was repaired and/or replaced and was in working order again. It was a long night but I appreciated his dedication.

Pat Murphy (owner of APEX Plumbing) was recommended to me by Milford Flooring for some work that I had done in my bathrooms. I was very happy with both the quality and value of the work. The price was very reasonable, especially since they had to come back due to other factors (once the tile wasn't ready when we thought it would be, then there was a toilet I had ordered that arrived broken).

What really sold me was that Pat worked to rearrange his schedule to have my guest bathroom functional before we had company arriving. The guy who did the work was polite and professional. I plan to use APEX again when I need plumbing done.
