Wow, wow, wow... did we hit the 'construction contractor lottery"" Kris with Apex Pacific Construction is amazing... he was the first person to respond to my Yelp request and showed up within hours. We don't live in the area and our duplex needed remodeling.

Kris is unusual because he started as a financial wealth advisor turned contractor. I am a retired banking professional and I know what it takes to be a licensed and a wealth advisor. Because Kris is an ex-banker he has the discipline to be on time, always responds promptly, and is a constant professional.

Kris is honest, kind, real, and gives excellent advice (things you would have never thought of) We are currently using him on several projects and I will post more pictures soon.

We were going to tear down our beloved deck because it had a lot of rotted wood and exposed nails, and Kris said it would cost more to tear it down (dismantle and hauling fees) so we decided to refinish it. The picture speaks for itself, we are thrilled with his advice.
