(At first) Mike came to our rescue and helped fixed our pool pump in June for a graduation party. He assured us he'd come back and finish the job which included adjusting the breaker so the pool light would work again and fixing the timer. His wiring of the broken timer that he pressured us to accept led to the breaker for the light not working. When we asked for him to come and finish the work, he called us names, insulted us, and refused to complete the work. Now he wants to charge us to come look at it again. Something he did! Seemed like a nice enough guy....boy were we wrong!

Our furnace went out all of a sudden, and AMS was assigned to us through our home warranty company. We could not be happier! The technician came out in two business days and spent two hours chasing down the broken part and making the necessary repairs. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! When the technician was done with the repair, he then took extra time at the end of his day to explain the repair, teach me about the system, and give us some suggestions for ways to improve our system moving forward. He really went above and beyond!
