When people joke about poor service in South Florida this is the epitome of who they speak of. I signed a contract with these guys to provide the gas work to water features on a pool project. They then never came out to meet me to discuss the details, I lied about having submitted for permit, stopped returning any sort of communication, and then canceled the contract without telling anyone and leaving the pool project in limbo for what was a relatively small part of the project. I would use anybody else before I would ever call these guys.

Rude, arrogant and disrespectfu. ran 10mins late for the appointmen, called the gentleman on-site to let him know I was stuck in traffic. he left before I got home exactly 10mins late. I called the following morning to follow up about the esimage the person who answered the phone was very rude. Do not recommend this company poor customer service buyer beware. also has poor reviews on rip off report with a little research you can see the poor operating practices of this company are very clear!

Great company. Came out quickly to remove rusted, dangerous pool heater. Pilot on water heater went out as a result and they were back out the same day to make it right. Highly recommend!!!
