Garret was sent through our Home Warranty Company. Of course, the oven worked when he came (we had tried several times before we requested service). He could have just left but instead shared with us that ""eventually"" it would fail and recommended we replace. He called back and told us that would be faster if we requested the part. Sure enough, we got the part and he came back to replace. Excellent customer service and punctual. Would highly recommend.

We live in Goodyear and our hot water stopped working and needed to be completely replaced. Also it happened conveniently during winter. We had Cody come out and he was amazing! Cody went above and beyond to replace the old with the new and it was done in a timely manner. No mess after he left and was such a gentleman. Thank you again Cody!

Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning, I texted Ralf and his guy was at our house within 2 hours. The part that was broken unfortunately had to be purchased from somewhere Monday morning, but they got the part the minute the store opened and had it fixed that morning. Great communication, great workmanship!
