This contractor did not pull permit and did very bad job. The city asked him to redo the work. He simply refused. He does not know any building code even though he has a license. I would never hire him again. He got us in misery.

I have worked with Manny on 2 small projects. On the first project, I still had a small leak with the new sink after a few days and he was extremely responsive and took care of it immediately. I have had poor experiences with some contractors that would complete something and move on but Manny's ethic and sense of responsibility solidifies him for my future projects. He does make sure that the project is complete to your satisfaction. My second project with him was replacement of my broken skylight. This again had a small hiccup with the size of the fitting, but again he was very reliable and took care of it, job well done. The prices are also competitive, with great service and reliability. Highly recommended.
