Jensen L.Technician came 5 minutes late in his 3 hour window. He made every comment possible to have my warranty not cover the claim. After all that, I wasn't given any information, a quote or suggestion on how to get my water softener in working order.
This was a huge waste of time and technician was either very new or inexperienced.
Old republic home warranty sent this shady, half ass company out to camera the issue at my home. The camera guy was here for 15 minutes, came to a conclusion our issue was 12' from where he put the camera in. Once he left I dug the area up only to find 6' from where the camera was entered is a 4"" T coupling that the camera stopped out. I called the company to ask them to have the camera guy come out and actually do his job and the boss called me a f**k boy and told me ""the camera guy did do his job"" and hung up on me. Here is the videos and text pics. It gets even worse... they gave me a $9,000 quote ""to fix the issue""... a issue they never found... people like this deserve to rot in hell.... Don't ever use this shitty company. EVERRRRRRR!!!
Worked with them thru Old Republic Home Warranty.
Frankly I wish I would have simply not worked with neither Old Republic nor APC and just went with a different plumber.
Would have saved way more time. Wasn't worth it.

I was referred to this business by Old Republic Home Warranty for a faucet problem. Took a week for an appt. Got a text to confirm date and time frame 8-11 am. Plumber never showed and when I tried to contact them I could not even get a number or website from Google...only says Temporarily Closed on Google. The Plumber called several hours later and said he was told he was supposed to come in afternoon. I explained to him I couldn't even contact them and didn't feel comfortable having him come after not even being able to get access to a website/company phone # and the ""temporarily closed"" issue. He said he didn't know anything about it.

and he took 2 looks at my garbage disposal, which was leaking. Confirmed there was indeed, leakage and within a minutes had a new one installed.
Not only that but he was professional and discarded all trash.

I noticed there was water coming from under my toilet. I have a home warranty, so I payed for APC to come out and fix the issue. The technician came out and merely tightened the two bolts down and said the problem was fixed and also quoted me for a new toilet. Fast forward a few month later, and even more water coming out from bottom. I am going to fix it myself and strongly recommend not using this company since they cut corners and do not actually fix the problem.
Leeda R.I was referred to this business through my home warranty. I was so nervous because of the reviews I saw... but I had a leaking water heater and not many options. John called me within minutes of the service request. He sent out Chris to do the inspection same day by noon. John called me back and said he'll send it to my home warranty and they got it approved and installed same day!!! So happy about the service. Anthony was who installed the water heater and he was a very kind respectful young man. I think some of the people that are upset may not have the best home warranty and take out their frustrations on the service companies. Thank you again.
We had called our home warranty company to repair a leaky hose bib. Unfortunately the repair wasn't covered under the warranty but Chris G came out, worked out a fair price and did a great job on the repair. I would highly recommend APC Plumbing. These guys are top notch!
This happened Friday and I was finally able to speak with John who was very rude and condescending. The turn off valve wouldn't shut off in my tub on the 3rd floor, water running full force. Had to rush to shut off main water supply, (as I was wasting a tremendous amount of water trying to get the turn off valve to connect)therefore no water in my home. My home warranty company American Home Shield assigned this APC. They accepted the expedited work order on Friday around noon, never called or showed up. I called my warranty company all weekend and they assured me that John said he was coming, also called APC ALL WEEKEND (at least 10x) AND NO ONE ANSWERED!!! The home warranty kept telling me they spoke to John and he said he was coming several times yet never showed up or even called to confirm or inquire what could temporarily be done so I could at least have water in the rest of the house.
This morning, just moments ago, today, July 25, I call APC and on the second ring John answers. I greet him cordially and he states ""we don't work on weekends, don't you like time with your family"". Gave me my address without hesitation. He obviously saw me calling and decided not to answer! What in the name of somebody failed the 3rd grade is going on here. You accepted an expedited contract to fix or assess an issue and then you don't even call the customer, when you are confronted, you state you are not open on the weekends, but, you accepted the work order on Friday at noon. I told him I had an appointment at 9am and he said he can get someone out between 11:00 and 14:00. I have young children at my home. We had no water for this being 4 days.
I'm reporting this to the news. These excellent ratings are lying or they are friends and family. You don't know me and this is how you treat your prospective customers??!!! Very rude and unprofessional and then hung up. So, if you are smarter than a third grader, do not allow this company to service anything for you because I got the first hand unadulterated version of what you never want to do business with. If you take the risk, it will be a well deserved disappointment because you have been warned.
They don't deserve a star, a tomato, or a kind word.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They never showed up during the 4 hour window that was provided. I called the company 3 separate times and left two voicemails for them to call me back to reschedule and they didn't call back for over 36 hours. Once I was on the phone with someone, she was absolutely rude and when I asked for her name, her response was, ""I'm the owner"" in a rude and condescending tone. She obviously hates her business if that is how she treats her customers. Find a new line of work darling.
