I had a great experience with APC Plumbing. My water heater had a crack and thus had no hot water the day before Thanksgiving. APC called me on Friday after the holiday and had a technician out on Sunday to review the issue. They submitted the paperwork to my warranty company and was able to get me scheduled for Wednesday replacement. The technician Edgar came and had replaced my water heater in about 2 hours. Everyone I met and spoke to was very professional and provided great customer service.

Is it possible to give less than one star? They are incredibly rude. They lie - the ""person"" answering the phone said she was the owner, but she's not. They came in without masks - despite being asked to wear them and despite the fact that I'm immunocompromised. They charged a debit card, when they asked to charge a credit card. Refused to correct their mistake. They didn't show up at the scheduled time, kept pushing the time back and back and back. Lied about water damage in the closet (there wasn't ANY). Just lie after lie and as the other reviews have stated, they are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Any reviews over one star are more lies. How is the same tech ""Jesse"" sent out on EVERY SINGLE ONE of the reviews that have more than one star? So shady. But typical of this company. They are SO bad, that I bought their domain name so that other customers don't have to interact with them.

Be warned of this company. Terrible customer service, no problem leaving a young family with small children high and dry without service. Changed appointment several times with our notice and some how they were yelling at me the customer. Would give the zero stars but have to at least put one. Do not use these unpleasant unprofessional people!

I see that there are a lot of negative reviews about this company but in my limited exposure to them, I wanted to state that I had a great experience with them. The person who came out, John, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He looked at the issues and communicated extremely well about what needed to be done to fix them. John showed me what the problems were and what needed to be done to get them fixed. He even went above and beyond to make sure that the current problem was not having a negative impact on our pool. He didn't have to do this but he went out of his way to provide an excellent customer experience. Thank you for having such good individuals that make the customer feel valued and know how to do their job.

Total scam! Charge for ""extra parts"" not covered. I'm maintenance servicemen myself and these guys are stealing from their customers. Very dishonest and terrible craftsmanship

Home warranty company sent APC out for a repair. For both calls dispatch indicated via text that the tech would be out between 8am and 11am. Both trips out to our house the window of time was passed. But tech called us each time to warn us that he was running late. Jesse was our tech and did a good job. He was good at communicating, was professional and friendly. I would recommend them.

Home Warranty company sent APC out after another company bailed on us last minute for a major sewage back up. Dispatch called and gave us a service window of 2-6, Jesse called at 2 which was about 45 minutes before he arrived to confirm issue and share his eta. Jesse showed up and got to work right after diagnosing the issue, he communicated what he was the work, was friendly, professional, courteous, and through. After reading other reviews we were really nervous but he did a great job and got us up and running again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! If I could give zero stars I would. FIrst off, the people that answer the phone are some of the rudest people on the planet.
Unfortunately we were assigned this company through our home warranty. Prior to APC coming out, I asked the home warranty company to not assign us to them due to their horrible reviews. We were stuck with these people as the warranty company had no one else to give us.
The tech came out to work on our whirpool tub. He took out the motor and said it needed to be checked. He took the pump with him and when he returned it, the tub started to leak upon re-install. Our tub had no leak prior to him.
The receptionist on the phone who I told the new leak problem to stated that they don't work on anything electrical. If they took out the motor, how can they say they don't work on anything electrical? The receptionist on the phone was so aggressive with us and started yelling at us saying "" I'M GOING TO DICTATE HOW THIS GOES DOWN! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?! ARE WE CLEAR?"".She sounded like a drill seargeant.
Per the other reviews, this company will further damage the issue in your home, not take responsibility and refuse to do the job they were assigned.
APC is dishonest and will take your money for doing nothing other than making the situation worse.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst company we have dealt with. They were referred to is by our home warranty company for a repair to the valves in our master bathroom. During the repair, they damaged both valves and stated they could not do any further repairs until they had approval from the warranty company or we pay out of pocket. As we had a marble slab that they would not go through, we called another company to remove the marble so we could continue with the repairs. In doing so, we found that the assessment from APC was incorrect. Instead of going through them, we had another company come out to complete the repairs. The damage was caused by them drilling and using a hammer to try and remove the bathtub valve. This broke the valve further causing us to remove the marble which should have been unnecessary. We also had our water shut off for over two weeks while trying to finish the repair. When we finally had the tub fixed and was able to turn the water on, water started pouring out of the shower valve that they said was done. We had to have someone come in and repair this damage from APC as well. When trying to speak to them about what happened, they have been rude, refuse to listen, and state it is our fault and they are not willing to do anything. Do not use this company!

Old Republic home protection warranty send APC plumbing our to my house to investigate a shower/bathtub drain Not Draining.
The technician did what he could with his equipment and the result was 18 inches of muck in my bathtub.
He said there was nothing he could do, and would talk with his boss and send Old Republic home protection warranty a report.
He called me later to say they would have to replace the tub , remove tiles and would likely be approx $5,000. I waited for Old Republic to get back to me , nothing after 2 weeks ( good its a spare bathroom but I had visitors )
I tried repeatedly to reach APC as I got a second opinion and the tech left his drill at my house - no response to my voice mails or calls .
I finally got Old republic to contact APC for the report - apparently, according to APC there is an obstruction which would not be covered by Home Warranty but APC could fix it for $2500 ( half price now)
I got 2 other opinions and his assessment is tot6ally wrong!
