Run away from this business. They cannot be trusted and don't deserve any stars. On the head plumber's personal recommendation, I paid them to install a water softener in my home. They installed the NuvoH2O system. It cost over $1,800. It is not a water softener. It is a citrus conditioner. It did not change the quality of our water one iota. All they did was argue with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Don't trust this plumber. I cannot warn anyone enough about this business. I have to pay someone else to undo their work. Don't let them rip you off, like they did me. Run, don't walk away. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in San Marcos who are honest, straight forward, and who can recommend and install a water softener that will provide for what you are looking for. Expect no honesty here.

Last week a handyman accidentally damaged pipes and caused a leak in the bathroom. We called Apache the next morning; Sean arrived a few hours later--as promised--and repaired the pipes. He was extremely knowledgable and efficient. Before Sean left he helped us out with a dripping bathtub spout...he even called the manufacturer and got us a free replacement for a 15 year old part! It all took less than an hour. No surprises or weirdness with the bill, which was very fair for the work. An excellent experience.

Apache was very helpful over the phone, quickly scheduled an appointment and arrived promptly on time. The city repaved my street and tons of gravel debris made its way into my water pipes, totally messing up water pressure. They were able to clear all the lines and even take photos of the evidence so I could send it to the city. They were extremely helpful and even replaced toilet supply lines for no charge (at least they took pity on my situation!... hopefully the city does as well). Highly recommend, will be my go-to plumbers!

Called several places, and my normal plumber. None avail or interested. Asked my neighbor for a recommend and he said Apache. Called first thing this morning and they had guys (Zack & Gunner) out early afternoon to fix my issue. Professional, knowledgeable and appropriate costs. Would recommend and use them again. Was contacted by the company. He was apologetic as there was some miscommunication. I'm glad. I was very happy with the company the first time, so was surprised by this incident. I will give them another chance next time I need a plumber.

Great customer service, fair pricing. Johnny Sanchez knows his stuff. He found and fixed our sneaky leak in no time. Barry at the office was very helpful as well. And you know you found a gem of a business when you express concern about an issue that popped up and the business works to fix that issue to your satisfaction (instead of arguing why they can't.) I will use them again.

DON'T WASTE your time: ...Left message several times to get estimate w/ no reply...even text few photos...& left several messages to date...first contact was Saturday, or so...(me thinks...because it is a small job...etc.?) So unless you have pretty BIG job don't waste your time contacting this jerk...!! ;-( If I could give less than one star I would...!! ;-) BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...!!

Well - after three plumber visits over two days and almost all new parts - the toilet is fixed. Didn't want to spend my vacation waiting for plumbers, but it is one more item off my things to do list. I think this should have been fixed the first time I called There are so many glowing reviews on here - so they are probably usually better than this, but this was not 5-star service and I think I paid too much for what they did. I won't call them again, but in the end it was fixed.

This company is great. I had a toilet leak. They are able to schedule me in the same day and did a satisfying job. Price is fair too. Will totally do business again.
