Great customer service, fair pricing. Johnny Sanchez knows his stuff. He found and fixed our sneaky leak in no time. Barry at the office was very helpful as well. And you know you found a gem of a business when you express concern about an issue that popped up and the business works to fix that issue to your satisfaction (instead of arguing why they can't.) I will use them again.

DON'T WASTE your time: ...Left message several times to get estimate w/ no reply...even text few photos...& left several messages to date...first contact was Saturday, or so...(me thinks...because it is a small job...etc.?) So unless you have pretty BIG job don't waste your time contacting this jerk...!! ;-( If I could give less than one star I would...!! ;-) BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...!!

Well - after three plumber visits over two days and almost all new parts - the toilet is fixed. Didn't want to spend my vacation waiting for plumbers, but it is one more item off my things to do list. I think this should have been fixed the first time I called There are so many glowing reviews on here - so they are probably usually better than this, but this was not 5-star service and I think I paid too much for what they did. I won't call them again, but in the end it was fixed.

My parents water heater went out so I called around trying to find a plumber in the area . We needed help ASAP they were without hot water for days. When I called the phone was answered. She said they couldn't get to it that day. She called right back within ten minutes and informed me they could get it done. Great service ! They answered the phone and did it for the estimated price. I will definitely refer them and use them again. Thanks Apache ! Thumbs up

I am always weary of plumbers and especially companies without websites, but let me tell you...I know GOD works in awesome ways and I called two companies prior to this one and for whatever reason I was disconnected twice...I took it as a sign and just went forward with Apache.

I spoke to the receptionist and she was a nice lady who answered all my questions- Are you certified and do you have insurance? How long have you been in business? How much experience does the plumber have? How long has he been working for the company? She was sweet and polite and patient :)

I had two problems--a clogged toilet and running water. He fixed the issues and since my dad had already told me what needed to get fixed....I was waiting to hear it. ( My dad has arthritis so he couldn't fix it himself) $115 dollars- wow!! He worked fast. God bless him!

The second problem was bigger than we thought...the sink upstairs was leaking down into my first story. We had shut down the water and he had to cut into some sheet rock and initially he thought it would take three hours, but he did it in 30 minutes.

156 for all the work. He was dripping in sweat with all the running around. I was super blessed with the house call. The only reason I got things taken care of was because my mother in law offered to pay for the services. I thought it would be an arm and a leg, but this was very affordable and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Thanks Apache, but you really need a website :)

Not only were they on time but very accommodating to get us in their schedule. The technician that completed the job was very courteous and knowledgable. He was very efficient and assured us if the problem reoccurred that would come back out and take care of it. Was nice to have tech present more conservative options rather than present a more costly option if not necessary. Would definitely recommend!
