Andy and Tony are as good as it gets!!! Excellent service, prompt responses, great workmanship and just great guys. We've been relying on them for all of our plumbing needs since 2013 or 2014. In the years we've used their services, they have:

1. Replaced our main drain line under the kitchen (a huge project that involved crawling under our raised foundation)
2. Came out at 8 am on a Saturday morning to fix a geyser in our backyard after a water line broke (we were flying out of state that day at 11 am and they came out specially so we didn't have to worry!)
3. Fixed our garbage disposal
4. Fixed our kitchen sink when it wouldn't drain
5. Fixed our garage utility sink when it was backed up and we exploded it using drain-o
6. Replaced our utility sink faucet
7. Snaked our sewer line a couple of times when our toilet were slow and gurgling

Andy and Tony are so nice, and really work with your schedule and life to be available. You can see by this Yelp page what good work they do, and somehow they always are able to respond to a call or text within an hour or so (usually within minutes) and come out the next day if you need them to. They always make me feel like I'm their most important customer, even though I know they have a ton!

When you have a plumbing emergency, you are kind of frantic -- you can't use the bathroom, or run water or something is spilling everywhere -- you are in distress!! And that is when Andy and Tony are there for you, every time.

Outstanding kind, friendly service and wonderful work, reasonable prices -- you can trust AK Plumbing!!!! They are the BEST!!!!

Once again, Andy and Tony saved the day! These guys are the absolute best. I met them many years ago when I had an issue at one of the rental properties I managed and continue to use them to this day. They are responsive; honest; and they know what they're doing. I've used other plumbing firms but after getting ripped off by other ""reputable plumbers"" I don't even look around - AK Plumbing is the only plumbing company in my contacts list and will remain that way forever. I've used them for little jobs as well as big ones, and have referred them to my other management friends and my neighbors. We all say the same thing about Tony and Andy @ AK Plumbing - THEY'RE AWESOME.

I am currently deployed to Texas to assist with the Hurricane Harvey relief mission when my wife called at midnight (10 pm California time) on a Monday (Labor Day Holiday, of all things) to tell me the water was overflowing in the toilets in our house. Not a good thing to hear when so far away.
I called and left a message with AK Plumbing and Tony called back super fast and arranged to look at the problem first thing in the morning.
Very cordial and professional, they fixed the main drain issue within 20 minutes and even gave us a military discount without having to ask!
Just an amazing experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend AK Plumbing and plan to use them in the future.

Tony and Andy were AMAZING. Showed up in no time at all, ran to get the part, and had everything done in a jiffy. They made sure all my water was running, after they had fixed my broken pipe. I would highly recommend them if you end up in a bind like I did!

If you need a new water heater, call Tony, and don't waste your time with anyone else. He doesn't mark up the price for the water heater. He literally has you purchase it over the phone from his supplier, then charges you a flat rate for installation. While I was quoted $2100 from Boyd Plumbing, and $1300 from another - for the same water heater, Tony came in under that and literally had my water heater installed within a couple of hours from the first call.

We found AK Plumbing via the great Yelp reviews and I thought they were either outstanding or had a lot of friends who posted 5 star reviews! It is definitely that these guys are that good. I talked to Tony on a Sunday and he told me they could be out on Tuesday morning. He also gave me some instructions to help alleviate and diagnose a leak I had in my bathroom. He and Alex showed up right on time Tuesday and quickly gave me an incredibly honest and fair assessment of the situation. It's hard to find plumbers you can trust. These guys bypassed expensive solutions and gave me honest options to solve the leak in my bathroom. I will call AK with every plumbing issue moving forward. Good, honest, people. Tony is awesome. My heater leaked at around 6pm. I found AK plumbing highly recommended in our Nextdoor app community forums. I called him right away, and my heater was installed the next day. They were all done by lunchtime! Amazing service. Honest, and super fair price. Way better priced than the big box stores.

This is a very overdue review, but since I just posted my first review for another wonderful company, I decided to continue the love.

About 2 years ago my sewer backed up. I had sewage backed in to my backyard and up in to my shower and bathtub. It was disgusting. I called AK plumbing and they came out promptly. Andy and Tony spent a lot of time trying to clear the backup but were having trouble. At the time (and very well may still be), their guarantee was if they can't fix it, they won't charge you. Come to find out , they found the problem was at the county line and the blockage was out of their hands. Because they couldn't fix it they said they weren't going to charge me. I tried to pay them, and they refused. I was floored.

Fast forward to the beginning of the year. My parents had a backup in their kitchen sink. They asked me if I knew a good plumber. HECK YA I do!! Gave them their number and they were out to the house later that day. They fixed my parent's backup in no time. My parent's were grateful and impressed with their professionalism.

I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
