Getting up in the morning to take a bath I come to find there's no hot water is in it's own right a ""RUDE AWAKING."". After checking the hot water tank I found out why quick enough as water leaked out of the tank. I've always gone to Yelp to research who would come into the house and work and who are efficient. Looking through the reviews I came upon a decision that I would call this company. Upon calling at five minutes before 6 a.m. and explain my situation to the gentleman on the other end of the phone quoted me a price for a complete replacement . They (Andy and Tony) came an hour earlier which was great. Yes, they called first to make sure we were ready for them. They settle my worries and explained everything to me. Plus stayed after the job to give me advice about the water pipes. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and efficient.

I called them because my toilet was making a strange noise after I flushed and over the phone they were able to identify the problem and explained to me step by step on what to do to fix the problem. It was such an easy fix. I was surprised that they were able to help me over the phone. I will definitely be contacting them in the future. Great company!

AK Plumbing rescued my botched water heater installation, the same day that I called them. Their service, ethics, and knowledge are excellent. I was fooled by an unlicensed installer. Tony and Andy came in and fixed what was wrong, and handled the permit and inspection issues. I was so impressed with them that I will use them exclusively now. I highly recommend them.

If you need a plumbing repair service, I can't say enough about AK Plumbing. Andy and Tony showed up on time with a heads up call 15 minutes prior to arrival. Fixed our problem quickly and left the work area cleaner than when they got there. Can't ask more of any plumbing service. A very professional team.

Tony showed up on time and quickly cleared my clogged sewer pipe. Then he explained what my short-term and/or long-term options would be if the pipe clogs up again in the near future. Tony and Andy were so good at explaining the possible scenarios as to the current issue with my sewer pipe. No hard sell, just educating me so that I would understand this situation. 30-day warranty on their work! I would highly recommend this company.

We had some work done in our upstairs bathroom by a non professional...won't be doing that again!!!....ended up with water leaking from the upstairs shower down to the kitchen floor! I called these guys today to fix the issue and they were awesome...I mean AWESOME!!!! I rarely take the time to write reviews but the work they did and their professionalism warranted a review!!!! I would recommend them for any plumbing issue and I will definitely be referring friends and family to AK Plumbing!!!!!

After paying hundreds of dollars to a handyman and Sears (I will NEVER use Sears again), Tony and his brother just came in, got the job done and were upfront with the costs. Very impressed. I had a clogged garbage disposal and flushing issues upstairs. I called the night before, was able to get a morning appointment the next day, and they showed promptly. Of course the flushing issue seemed did not show up when they tested it. And they fixed the garbage disposal in about a minute. I felt pretty silly and they were nice enough to not charge me. Who does that in today's day in age. Very good people and they will be my first call the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Tony A. and Andy K. are awesome! ""Your plumbing experts"" indeed! Having a broken water heater and no warm/hot h2o for almost a week was a total nightmare.. Thankfully we found AK Plumbing through Lewis H.! Both Tony and Andy were personable, professional, and efficient. Prices are reasonable and their work is satisfactory! If services are needed again, AK Plumbing will be our first call.
