Cheryl T.The owner is simple amazing accommodating her team know what their doing and are efficient and safety conscious they replace my old cast iron gas line so good night sleep for me no stress. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Michael was extremely professional and courteous. He suggested several options for relocating an outdoor spigot. He did a fabulous job and was timely. Will definitely use A&P again and request Michael.
Aminah Yaquin C.Hello Neighbors, This is a single female home owner who is an elder and has a small rather ramshackle pocket farm alost an hour outside of Charleston. When I had a plumbing emergency with a terrible and silent leak, I ran into waitlists everywhwere in my immediate area.
A & P Plumbing proivided me with a next day visit and estimate, and I decided to stick with the Licensed plumber they sent me who was outstanding, so i waited for 3 more long days without water (much more reasonable a wait then the 3 weeks locally to even get an estimate) to have a superb repair job and a reasonable, detailed and fair bill.
I cannot recommend this company high enough, becasue of the kindness, professionalism and skills of my plumber. (and the second time he brought an apprentice whoi was also a hard worker and well skilled and polite)
The company is also one that kept every promise and did not gouge me or mislead me.
No call! No show!...No response to website message & no return phone call....Bad way to do business....will definitely spread the word ...use someone else,,!
I had two leaking facets in the bathroom and in the kitchen. My house was built in 1940's and there were other issues besides just replacing the leaking faucets. The men were professional, told me all that needed to be done. They cleaned up leaking issues that due to my age and bad knees I did not even know were occurring. They went above and beyond just replacing the faucets. They called me before they came to work on the job and left everything clean and spotless. I have a few more jobs that will need done this summer and I have no doubt I will be calling them back due to outstanding service and willingness to work with me in making things right.
Thanks,
Doris M.
Justin B.Easily one of the best service related experiences I have had. Despite me being a dumber than normal customer these guys took great care of me. I couldn't be happier, these are definitely the plumbers to hire in this area.
A couple weeks ago I had a gas leak serviced by a young man named Mason at a and p. The entire time he was at my house he did nothing but talk down to and berate the nice young man helping him. He yelled, cursed and called him stupid for bringing him the wrong tool.. I've never heard someone treat another person that bad in my life. Then he began to talk that way to me when it was time to pay my bill. I told him politely that you can't get respect like that. After he collected my money he said ""thanks"" then turned away and under his breath called me a ""stupid mother ffffer"" I don't know what kind of person would have someone like that work for them, it says a lot about whoever he works for to allow people to do that. I will never use them again and will make sure to tell everyone I know to not use them. He has a cross on the side of his van and has people like that working there. Wish I could give negative stars. Mullen plumbing charges a little more but at least they are courteous to me.
A & P Plumbing is the best around. Two weeks ago Mountaineer Gas detected a leak in my gas line. I called A & P and they gave me a free estimate. Got a great competitive rate and Brandon, the owner, is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and above all -- honest. He worked with Mountaineer Gas to first make sure that the problem wasn't on their end. When it was determined that I was responsible, Brandon had a crew of five there in no time and they were all very nice. In three hours, A & P had dug a very long hole, installed the new line, replaced the dirt and turned all my gas appliances back on. The next day Brandon came back cleaned up everything, and planted grass seed. The bill for the job was very reasonable. I have used A & P before for other jobs and will gladly hire them again. You can't go wrong with A & P. Special shout out to Mountaineer Gas and Mark for their help. They were a pleasure to deal with. A & P and Mountaineer Gas made what could have been a bad experience almost pleasant. The two entities are tops in my book.
Deborah Q.This company is efficient and professional. No excuses, no delays, they do what they say they are going to do in record time. They replaced all faucets, drains, sinks, tub drains and toilets for a home remodeling project (in one day,) in 5 bathrooms, including my kitchen sink. They also troubleshooted a leak in the attic furnace, removed and replacing the furnace, and put a larger pan as the old one was corroded. The leak led to having them repair water damage to a lower ceiling section. They replaced the damaged ceiling section, drywalled and texturized the patch seamlessly. I'll never call another plumbing company. You will be in good hands with A&P Plumbing. Honest as the days are long.
