Long story short: After taking time off work, wasting a good part of a day and most of an evening dealing with Fred and his ""technician"" (both of whom came to the house, long after Fred said they would, and then left without fixing anything), I ended up going to Home Depot, at 8:30 pm, buying the pieces I needed (and then some, because I'm not a plumber), crawled under the house myself and fixed what would have been a very simple repair for a real plumber. Next time I need a plumber, I won't be calling Anza Plumbing.

I had water gushing out from under the house. I called Anza, Fred returned my call in a few minutes and was over to look at the issue within the hour. Fred had another appointment to go to so he called in one of his associates in to fix the problem. From the time of the first call to the solution it was less than three hours without water. We were fortunate that the timing worked out that day. Fred was on it and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Another plus was Fred's pricing. It was reasonable for the work that was done.

Fred has done so much for our house since we moved in. He does great work and is fair with his pricing. He is someone you can trust and he will give you straight advice. He is very flexible. For example, he was coming to our house to install a garbage disposal and snake the drains. The night before a pipe broke in our yard and we had to shut off the water. He fixed both problems for us. He also has worked on our furnace. Great with electrical too. Thanks Fred!

Living in an apartment I'm bound to have problems, when my tub and toilet filled up with sewer water in the middle of the night I called Anza Plumbing. Fred showed up within an hour, and was professional and reasonable. I did not have to pay extra for the Emergency Service. Fred was clean and had my plumbing cleared. Fred from Anza was able to repair our existing AC unit, rather than replace it, which saved a bunch of money. He came back twice that day to make sure it was blowing cold air, left a set of filters for us to use in the fall when the filters need replacement, and showed me how to do that myself. He offered that I could give him a call for help with the filters if I need it, to keep our AC unit in good repair. Thank you!

I'm all for small business trade and didn't want to call Mike Diamond or other big corporate plumbing companies. So I decided to call Anza, as it is name of the street I live on. I'm glad that I did.

The kitchen sink wasn't draining, and I thought it was a typical problem. Fred, my technician, saw that it was more than a quick snake fix -- which I originally thought. God bless him for saving me so much money in the long run. Turns out that the disposal was improperly installed by a previous plumber. Again, glad that he didn't try to get more money out of me by doing a quick patch up and hoping that I would need his services constantly to fix my sink and racking up a bill.

Trustworthy and will definitely be calling him for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

Fred is a man's man. I had issues with my heater working. I couldn't for the life of me get it started. I was so cold until Fred showed up and warmed everything up. He was super nice and kind while he worked. By the end of it all, I was warm and snuggly. He replaced the heating elements and even snaked out my vent. He made sure to finish the job, do extra and keep me hot. He even charged a fair price. I would totally have Fred come over again.

Fred is the man. One time I dropped a monster doodoo and ruined my bathroom and killed my toilet. He was very quick and prompt and as embarrassing as it was for me, he kept it professional. Well where to begin this review. My water pressure had been sucking in my shower for tooo long! I can't remember the name of the gentleman that worked on my pipes, but damn he was a good worker?!!! Showed up on time quoted me on a fix and then went to town on them pipes I tell you hwat. If I ever have another pipe job I know who I'm calling.
