Ive used Anyzek for years for fuel oil....my old oil suppier had retired and sent his accounts to Anyzek. 2 months ago when I ordered oil they were well over 6 bucks a gallon.....being that oil is normally a buck or so more than current gas prices, I wound up paying that price sadly. Oil dropped 2 bucks a gallon the next month which was more average however this month I ordered oil at $5.29 a gallon. After I placed the order I decided to call other oil company. I was quoted 80 cents less per gallon....so I ordered from the new company.....then called and canceled my order for Anyzek....as someone who is on a tight budget I find their pricing to be screwing their customers....I feel bad for their current clients.

These guys have been around forever. Can't beat them for plumbing work, heater repairs or fuel oil delivery.

We had great experiences with Anyzek Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. We have had our A.C. repaired and hot water heater replaced. We have had our messages for service returned promptly. We recently called for A.C. service. Service Pro, Eddie was timely and took the time to explain the issue and our options. Great experience with him and the company.

This place is totally ridiculous. Prices are way too high. Quoted me price on new heater and it was over double of 3other estimates I received. The guy was very rude. I would definitely not recommend them for absolutely nothing. So I got new heater for less than half of what they quoted. Stay away from this place! Really give no stars but site made me rate. They are but there to help you, just take as much as they can.

We had use their service about 2 months ago. Honestly, can't tell you whether or not they are professional in what they do. Although, the expensive part was replaced with a new one, there is still problem with our heater and it's not fixed in full. We are not even sure if the problem was with that particular part, though. Most importantly, there is much serious issue then the part itself. We were not told in prior how much the cost of a new part and the labor charge (at least approximately) would be. The invoice that was received 1 month later didn't itemize the price of the unit, the labor charge and etc. I called their supervisor (Don) x2, left v/m, he never returned my calls. Called the office 3rd times and finally the lady said that she will send us the itemized statement. Couple of days later we received another invoice with FINANCE CHARGE. Yeah !!!
Believe me, this is not the company you want to do business with. They overpriced the service, job is not fully done and their communication is absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional and very disappointed!

Great company and very helpful when it came time to replace my heater and water heater !! Ed the owner is a knowledgeable guy and his service technician Ken was also very skilled and knowledgeable! You can easily tell these guys know the HVAC business and made me feel like family and not a number ! I would recommend them to anyone for service and a new system they even replaced my aunts system in mantua and she had never been more comfortable in her home until now that they replaced her heater and air conditioner.

Horrible customer service. One of the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude. I asked her the current price for heating oil per gallon ($2.65), when she gave me the answer I was caught off guard because of how high the price is. I simply said "" Oh my"" and she hung up on me.
